- A couple days in the life & it's really feeling like fall finally!!! I do a pretty big clean out of my closet, had to make the seasonal swap!!! Also celebrated thanksgiving with my family and made my first soup of the season!!!

Something that always helped me decide what to get rid of in my closet was to put all the hangers backwards and at the end of the season, whatever hangers were still backwards I donated. Just a tip that helped me ❤ Love your vlogs 😊

I do this too and it helps so much to see what you wear and what you do not.
When you’re in your office talking about making hard choices reminded me of a saying I used to live by and I forgot about until just now watching this and that’s “Choose your hard” and I feel like that fits perfectly into what you are saying about choosing to be healthy is hard, finding motivation is hard, knowing that you are out of shape and not doing anything about it…so to everyone who resonates with anything of the things you said…CHOOSE YOUR HARD 🤗

I am loving your nail polish colour. I had a pair of high heels in that colour when I was a bit younger and I loved them. They went with everything. The world right now is a whole lot of crazy and kinda depressing but just know that within your own family you are safe and loved and you are also loved by a lot of us online. You are doing great with your running and sticking to things that make you feel better for doing them.
The NTI splint is an absolute lifesaver for TMJ especially clenching. It doesn’t allow for the molars to connect. It’s the only thing that got rid of my pain and stopped flare ups!

I had my first fall soup for the season the last 2 nights. I am a sucker for Butternut Squash Soup!!! Yummy!!! That has been dinner for the last 2 nights.
I just received my first 4 physical copies of some of my favorite Kindle books. It's such a different joy holding it and flipping through it! Now i have 2 hobbies of reading and collecting books 😄

It's fully fall here in Kentucky already and I was ready for the 30 degree difference when I woke up today. I totally stayed in my comfy clothes and under the covers on the couch all day

I debated it for a long time before I actually did it, but since I got my masserter muscle done, the pain I had from clenching and grinding is gone. it’s definitely worth it if you choose to do it 🖤

Voltaren gel helped me so much with my jaw pain! I had the same thing over the summer and putting the gel on before bed helped significantly.

A trick is placing the hangers with the hook pointed out so after a few months you'll see what you didn't wear because they are still pointed out.

I think it would help to divide your tops by “type”. For example, your going out silky tanks may not work with your casual fall button down shirt. You can think about which occasions you would wear things to categorize further ex. Going out tops vs casual, etc

Tara! You need to try a night guard, it’s an expensive investment (about $600 as a fellow Ontarian girlie - but I did have dental coverage) but it made such a difference. I had such bad jaw pain from clenching in my sleep and it has completely eliminated it!! I won’t ever sleep without it 🤗
I am one of the Make-Up artidts for the Casa Loma Legends of Horror. I love Halloween. I became a make-up because even though I hate wearing make-up I love slapping it on other people & helping my friends with their costumes was one of the best parts of Halloween. Great vlog 😎☕💋

Hi Tara! Not sure if you have TMJ or not. Try eating less... crunchy or hard foods like crackers, chips, or apples & your jaw pain will decrease. Do you grind your teeth? A sleep tray at night will help! 🎉
Hi Tara. I also have jaw pain and a night guard I got from my dentist work for me. I clench at night, and sometimes during the day. Ask your dentist about a night guard. ❤
HAAPPPY FRIDAY TARA!!!
Had a sautéed vegetables 3 carrots chopped, 1 can green beans, 1 onion chopped 3 stalks celery chopped sauté vegetables till soft then add to blender add 3 or 4 c chicken stock depending on thick you like it 😋 😉 blend till smooth add salt to taste pepper to taste and 2 tbl sp poultry seasoning. Enjoy 😋😋😋
Tara, you need to get you a pill case. You can put your pills in the container for each day and I know it sounds silly but it saves you the time of opening every bottle every day. Just makes the task easier for me and also you will know if you forget a day. 👍🏻 Looking forward to the rest of your decorating! And I bet your Dad was glad you got the tv lights already for him to finish the set up. 😂

I SWEAR we are always obsessed with the same author at the same time. I’ve been on a abbey Jimenez kick. She’s from Minnesota ( like me) so it’s cool to hear her reference places. The book your reading is “technically” the second book of the series. Read part of your world too!
I have always had jaw pain and it was so much better all of a sudden when I got a bite guard for when I sleep, and I will never go back!
Yours Truly is the second book in a series but I’m guessing it can be a stand alone? I read the first one “Part of Your World” and really liked it!
I think you would really like the ACOTAR series. The first one is a court of thorns and roses. Its a romantasy with high fantasy, like fantasy royalty and politics. I have really enjoyed the Inheritance Games series. That one is a YA series where a random girl is named as the heir to a family's fortune and the whole first book is them playing a game the man who died left behind for them to get some answers. Its very fast paced and the plot and characters are great.

For the first time in more then a decade, I cant bring myself to watch a vlog, and I really want to be able to, and thats beacuse of the war in my country. I know yournt talking about those things in vlog, but i also know that your from a jewish famliy, and maybe you dont know a lot about Israel but I belive that you have this beautiful platform to educate yourself and others in stories from all around the world. and in a scary way, Jewish life is in danger, not just in Israel - all around the world.

Masseter Botox changed my life! It eliminated nearly all of my jaw pain. I spent about $400 initially and I spend about $150 every 6 months for upkeep (I get it done in Chicago for price reference). Personally I think it is 100% worth it and would definitely recommend giving it a shot especially if you’re already used to getting botox!

I don’t know if you’ve read Lisa Jewel before but The Family Upstairs & its sequel The Family Remains are utterly riveting &twisty turny masterpieces! They are I can’t put it down books. I highly recommend them and would love to hear what your thoughts are on them 😁 I also use a kindle and love it since there are always words I don’t know what they mean especially Lisa Jewels English set novels.
