- It's fall but it FEELS LIKE SUMMER! Made a couple of fun fall trader joes morning drinks (SO good), started week 3 of my running program + feel super inspired, went to a really cool fashion show with Sarah, had lunch with Rachel while soaking up the summer vibes &&&&& had a cozy night in!

I’m not a single girly but I can say when I focused on myself and was truly thriving that’s when my husband unexpectedly came into my life. Don’t get discouraged but focus on becoming the version of yourself you truly want to be. You never know what can happen once you’re that person for yourself.

Girl, hearing you talk about your dating issues helps me feel so much better. You’re a few years younger than me, but knowing someone as achieved & beautiful as you are also finds hard times in the dating field helps me feel so much better & that it’s not just me. (I hope that came out right 😅) I too have been focusing on myself for the past few years & it’s really opened my eyes. Thank you for your perspective

here for you girl and all the single ladies out there who are struggling finding your equal partner. one day you all will find your match. for now, enjoy your journey! there's nothing wrong with where you are. in the end, time to yourself and loved ones is more important. fuel yourself with positive uplifting messages and anything that motivates you. in time, you will see a drastic shift in your life. i'm doing that now, and honestly i don't miss anything about the dating life. people say single life is boring but really it's not. you learn so much about yourself and other people. that's not boring at all. 😊

Sometimes if you can’t stick to something try doing something different every 3 months , spin, running , Pilates etc so through out the year you’re doing different things meeting different people and maybe match it to the weather outdoor/indoor activities ❤

I suggest drinking the protein shake directly after the workout, so before the shower, to have your muscles recover faster. Was a game changer for me when I started doing that.

Hey Tara! Im a personal trainer and nutrition coach and I highly recommend having a fast digesting carb before and after your workouts along with your protein. This will help with performance during your run but also recovery. Carbs are used to produce hormones and as energy for your muscles! Those carbs can be anything from fruit, to candy (this one isn’t usual but popular in the bodybuilding community), or you can even do fruit juice. Carbs like oats, rice, etc. digest more slowly and are more useful after your workout.
