Thing is though, you never attack overloaded, you almost always attack underloaded in the final 3rd...
Not sure about 'never' attack overloaded... but yes, often it's an underload. We have video breakdowns of that too. Thanks for the comment.
@@modernsoccercoach Agreed, I shouldn't have said never (always is another one). My point is if the majority of time you are underloaded in the box (4.9 defenders for every 3.1 attackers was the average at the world cup 2022) why not practice this within your session? All you have to do is either add a defender or reduce an attacker and I think you've got a decent session. Only my opinion :)
I think this session is based on taking advantage of these chances even if they are few and far between. Being comfortable in a 3v2 counter and getting a goal from it can be crucial, all about those 1%s @@user-hd4tn4ji5w
