With a kilogram on the scale, you won't forget this tablet anytime soon.
The capacity is simply gargantuan for full-time use without needing to recharge it every 20 minutes.
The screen is simply superb. Plus, it's really bright so you can work outside without any issues. It's 500 Nits.
The camera is also impressive, with a night mode that activates 4 infrared LEDs for a black and white photo with much more detail than what the color camera captures.
There's also a flash, but I find it rather basic compared to what the rest of the features suggest.
The highlight for me is the OTG function, which easily allows you to connect a USB drive with files downloaded from my computer. This way, I can have a basic account on this tablet and not worry about my account being compromised if the tablet gets stolen.
The second advantage, of course, is that the thermal camera works directly when connected.
In terms of superlatives, there are 4 screws on the back that allow you to attach two metal stands. There are two holes for attaching a strap or a strap allowing you to slide your hand behind the tablet to hold it perfectly.
There are pre-installed applications that will be useful for any DIY enthusiast, especially the level settings and distance measurement.
It's also a tablet that has two SIM card slots.
There are no less than 4 speakers, you have Android 13 with 12 GB of RAM, which is more than enough for perfect fluidity. And you won't have any memory issues with 256 GB of capacity for photos and videos.
A very useful feature for DIY enthusiasts like me is the macro camera, which really allows you to see details on a printed circuit board, for example, without needing to use a magnifying glass.
You need to be careful when holding it by the rear strap that your fingers are really in front of the cameras.
The second surprise with this type of waterproof tablet is that the USB port is really inside the tablet. My thermal camera doesn't want to connect directly to it. At this point, you'll need a male-to-female USB C adapter to extend this cable. The small cap on the USB port is not necessarily easy to remove with gloves. Since the tablet has a record battery life, you won't really need to charge it during the day.
I'm not sure if it's easy to find a case for this type of tablet to carry it with tools.
Watch out for static electricity, the screen and the plastic around it tend to attract wood shavings and dust.
The last thing to plan for is the lack of a stand to place it on a table, so you'll need to make yourself a small stand for it.
So, a tablet protected against some rough handling, destined for the kitchen and DIY.

🎁 I simply used amzn.to/3GKIr2C to shoot this video in 4K. It shows, you don't need much to have fun.
