Just a fair warning for those of you (like me) who haven't watched the episode yet and don't want it to be spoiled, I wouldn't recommend looking up gifs for the Owl House when texting on an iPhone. I saw some spoilers in the gifs. I know this is small, but I just thought someone would find this useful. Great video btw, thanks for having no spoilers!

I hate how "For The Future" was leaked over two weeks before its official premiere. After all the hard work that Dana and her crew put into this series, seeing it get unfairly leaked is so aggravating.
Its just like true colors, blame itunes.

I kept accidentally seeing spoilers for the show and I hate it. The first few times I was unaware of the leak thinking it was from a trailer but I quickly realized that wasn't the case. The last time I saw a leak was from a TH-cam short where I had no way of telling it was a spoiler until it was too late and I saw Luz's palisman (don't worry I won't say what it is.) As much as I want to see the spoilers I don't want to support the leaks because like the comment says Dana and her crew work really hard on these episodes and don't deserve to have all that leaked.
@@Ruler_of_theUniverse idk just watch the full thing at this point to avoid spoilers. you can just rewatch it officially if you want. it won't change anything. it's not gonna somehow hurt the crew. I can never watch the show officially anyways cuz streaming services are too expensive and we can't afford cabel. we already have 3 services we don't need another one.

I think it's interesting that part of the poem was scribbled out in black crayon (presumably by the collector), that part being: "But should they meddle in our affairs, we'll clean the planet and scorch the air." I don't have any predictions as to why, but it's interesting to see nonetheless.

I'm almost 100% sure we will see some kind of collector backstory!! and maybe on how the collector we have now is different from the rest (maybe they’re younger, more immature), especially since in the storytime scene we see the collector drew over some of the text talking, again, about playing games
Letting you know I completely agree on the last part, for I would keep the spoilers to myself and give respect to Dana and the crew by supporting the special's official release. Once that happens, then we can discuss about what has happened. Give Dana and the crew love, support and respect, as they put a lot off hard work and love into these episodes!
I hope we get some more Whitebane lore, like you said there's so many unanswered questions about them. Also I hope we get an Owl family reunion(Eda,King and Luz), they haven't seen each other in months and it'll be really sweet to see them together again and my favorite food is mac and cheese.

I watched it early, which I still feel bad about but otherwise I'd get spoiled if I didn't stay off the internet until the 21st. I will never say anything remotely close to a spoiler to anyone though, and I'm going to rewatch the episode to process everything once it officially releases. I really really hope Watching and Dreaming stays safe and only becomes available when it officially releases.
Yeah, I know I'm going to get spoiled about major plot points by many thumbnails before I get a chance to watch it since I'll have to wait until Monday to watch it.

Same here, though for a diff reason. In my country the ep wouldn't have came out on the 21st in my native language since it would've had to be translated for that. There was no reason for me personally to wait since it wouldn't air in my country. Still feel guilty tho

As someone who has watched the leaked episode I fully believe Disney leaked it on purpose to get less views on the official release to make the argument that it wasn't as popular as they believed. When it does release I'm going to watch it.
If they do this for the last episode I will throw a space tantrum
I want the Collector to have been the Titan's adopted child.
Maybe the Titan put them in there as like, a way to keep them safe, or as a time out, and somehow lost power or died before he could take them out.
I want King to cling to the Collector, protect them, and go along with whatever they want because he doesn't want the last of his family to abandon him.
I want King to be, like, the Collector's older brother, even if he's smaller.
And I want the Collector to have abandonment issues, maybe possess Luz, develop a bond with one of the owl crew.
I would also like to point out that the Collector talks like a child, acts like a child, and has the kinds of superpowers a child would make up. Depending on what stage in development they are in biologically, they may not have developed an empathy strong enough, without a caregiver for so long, to fully understand their actions, what they entail. I'm not saying kids are pitiless, just that going so long without an authority figure to help them would mess up the nicest kid.
But whatever I predict, it won't be able to compare with what the owl crew can make.
I haven't seen much leaked material, if any, I *think* I just saw the trailers.

Lasagne is my favourite food but a lot of my theories aren’t my own, they’re just extrapolated from other theorists I watch, and everything they think of is so solid that I can’t think of anything else because I’m hyperfixated on those theories I guess
my prediction is this:
kikimora is actually dead bc king kinda left her after he got the collector out
odalia is gonna get her butt kicked by amity bc everyone wants to see it
anyone without a coven sigil is immune to the collectors effects bc the collector technically made the coven system. this would explain why the coven heads are mind controlled, but not eda (since raine ripped off her arm)

King "promises" the collector that they'll play the game, but we all know King only said that to save Luz. What if the Collector realized King broke his PROMISE and decided to play a new game 😱😭😱

also unfortunately I watched the new episode the other day without knowing it was leaked and I'm sad I watched it after finding this out,I'm used to leaks happening though cause pokemon leaks happen all the time for the games in each gen but then again pokemon never leaked a entire episode of the anime,so how does this happen with cartoons? I guess itunes can't keep their traps shut since this has happened twice (far as I know)
It is! Unfortunately I have been trying to track one down too but it is from an adult animation show called Camp Camp. Yeah leaks are the bane of the animation industry. Not surprising considering companies typically give less oversight and care to protecting those shows compared to their live action stuff 😕
I have two predictions. The Collector will be CONFIRMED to be a child. Not a child-like god, but an actual hold for their species. My second prediction is that the gang will find their path into the exact same kind of creature that the Detention Pit is. You can see it clearly I’m the promo in the background. What’ll happen there? Who knows. Probably a fight scene, but it’s anyone’s guess as to who it’ll be with.

I'll admit, I was weak and watched it. I had a big day the next day and I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep. I sure as hell won't spoil anything, but you can take a small about of solace in the fact that those of us who saw it can't say a word about it yet. And I'll definitely be tuning in to support the show anyway; I had a good time and wouldn't mind see the episode again. The one thing I will reveal is a pattern I noticed with the titles of the specials. If we take the first letter bit from the last seasons and expand it to the first word, it says 'Thanks For Watching'.

if you pause at 0:12 on the official owl house for the future trailer you can see a portrait in the back of multiple collectors referencing the face King starts the story with "collectors" plural

the scene where luz and her friends looked at the head of the titan and the area around it really gives me heavy gravity falls vibes, especially from weirdmageddon. i have no idea if this is on purpose or not, but if it is dana and the crew did an amazing job.

I've seen so many leaks because my autoplay on the video was on and I was trying to report them.
I love the Pokemon background music, it's one of my favorite games lol, me and my girlfriend want to respect Dana and wait until the 21st, also, my favorite food is Chicken and Pizza.
I did see it because I thought it was legit when I sleep deprivation-clicked a shared link, but I set a timer to watch again when it actually airs to make up for that, and I'm not saying jack about it till it does. I hope the discussion around this encourages people to support the creators and watch it when it's supposed to air.

13:07 I got infected by unfair amount of spoilers(not fully but many important parts) So I avoid watching Disney channel's teaser for farther spoiler(I know I know this is Hippocrate😑) but I must say I don't expect anything from future episodes because most of the time Dana able to make those last episodes to wonderful and full of surprising events which made the experience of watching much more enjoyable ☺️

i think that this episode will be mostly about the collector but occasionally it will cut to belos in the cave and show him slowly completing some sort of plan. then at the end of the episode he will finish whatever he is planning and that will be dealt with in the next episode.

I'm not sure if I'd say any particular food item is my favorite, but my favorite overall category of food is Chinese-American cuisine.

I unfortunately watched the episode because I didn't know it was a leak. But I will watch the oficial release when it comes out to suport the creators!
When the episode got leaked and all the spoilers started, I thought they were fragments, like they usually do, but then, a scene that was clearly too big and important to be just to get the fans excited, then I found the comments saying "please, stop sharing the leaked episode" and since then I have been avoiding almost every TOH content that isn't at least a month old, because I clicked one video thinking it was from last season (the image was from last season), but no!! it was more leaked scenes!!! Why do people do this? Let's all wait until the episode officially comes out!!!
My favorite food while strange is Maruchan Cheddar cheese ramen. I know it doesn’t sound yummy at first, but it’s very good and I love it mostly due that my grandma would always make me a bowl whenever I visit her.

My biggest theory came after the trailer, where I remembered that the collector is the COLLECTOR so probably has a museum of the weirdest demons of the isles. Like Eda, the detention monster, Grom, things like that.

I’ve managed to conjure up a theory that the hand in the official trailer is gonna be a new grimwalker. I don’t think hunter had any scars on that hand and it just doesn’t seem like Belos to me. Except there IS some sort of residue so maybe hunter gets repossessed??? Idk I was with my friend freaking out over official more solid clips and I’m clinging to my remaining braincell’s prized possession.

9:44 I noticed the collector seems to have captured all of the coven heads *except Terra*. The red line across the floor could be like security or a special area where the collected coven heads are kept? Following how they left her all panicked in Kings Tide, maybe there is a plot line with Terra having fled and having a change of heart?
