Day 2✅ It was fantastic. Fitbit says 85 cal. I typically would do another 30 mnts cardio but today this was perfect & I have to go. Thank u PJ❤️ see u tomorrow I truly enjoying your workouts 😉
I think your FitBit is off - as I feel this would workout would burn more than 15-min walk. But, it's also not about the calorie burn, it's about how the workout makes you feel! Great job babe.
@@FitnesswithPJ well non of those trackers are accurate anyways & I don't rely on it for sure. But in general if I do a 30 mnts cardio low impact ish,it goes to 200 . A 6k brisk walk it shows usually about 380 cal so I don't know. It depends on the style of the workout I guess but as u say who cares,it's all about the workout & moving the body😉

Day 2! Good cardio! Dripping sweat! I did your 25 in 25 back in June/July. I was going to do it again but then my 93 y.o. grandma had emergency surgery the beginning of August and we had to transition her to a nursing home last minute mid-August so I never finished it. My 17 y.o. brought a cold home last week that we're just getting over. Lord willing, I'll actually be able to finish this one without long breaks in between sessions!
Wow for low impact this kicked a serious punch on the thighs glutes and abs plus got a sweat on and the heart rate up......and the best thing is I can do this travelling 💪💪 Cheers LEGEND I'm loving this challenge Steph 🇮🇪
I missed the first one as had to take the dog for a walk. Enjoyed yesterdays and todays. I could have used slightly heavier eights but I have a lower back issue so didn’t want to push it. I prefer to do exercise without music unless of course zumba lol . So glad I came across your web page. Julie in the UK

Wonderful low impact tabata workout and really appreciate you incorporating the bosu ball. Love the bosu and stability ball and not many trainers use them, so sad. Anyway loved the workout and will be looking for more in this format. Thank you, you are amazing. Moe
Thank you, PJ. I started to do an old Buns of Steel video which was poorly translated from VHS to TH-cam, so I turned to this tabata and got it done. I found the cross over steps kept moving me forward, so I did some of them crossing to the back so as not to step on my laptop.

#2 Done.. Muscles still a bit sore and stiff body from yesterday..This one was tough and one bit of a challenge for me to keep up. I'm keeping in mind and am aware that only challenges make me stronger. Still a long way to go😂😂!

Yahoo my 2 favorite things Tabata and Bosu Ball. I loved this workout. It challenged me with the deep lunges! I still did them just a bit slow. Love love love using the Bosu Ball to do burbees! Have an awesome day!
Holy cow i am sweating bullets!!!! This was super intense and in under 30 minutes😲Wish I could keep my heels flat when we crouch. Oh my dog enjoyed watching you today because of Bella. He would turn his head every time he heard her. Super cute! TY!
