Protip for US players: After you've followed all the instructions in this video you'll notice that your "BREAKING NEWS" announcements at the login screen will be giving you updates for the EU version of the game. To fix this go in to your WTF folder found in C:/ProgramFiles/World of Warcraft and right-click edit your Config.wtf with notepad. At the top you will see "SET portal "EU" simply change it to "SET portal "US" and it'll be good as new. Thumbs this up so others can see.

I ended up getting help via Twitter from Orguz. I did a full un-install and re-install of the UI following this video. What did it for me was making sure the Account Name was changed.

I was also experiencing a number of issues/errors with Grid, so I got rid of it and used ELVui's raid bars instead, which you can find easily by going into the settings and simply enabling them. Also important to update all the addons as well, which can easily be done with twitch/curse client. Another pointer, be sure you type "/reload" after you make any changes to any of the addons. If you like Grid and want to run it, it seems to be easier to create your own profile instead of using the "Preach" profile, which is easy enough, and there are lots of tutorials on TH-cam about how to do so. However, ELVui's raid bars are pretty decent. All in all, a great UI that just requires a little tweaking to get going, but works smoothly once it does.
This UI looks amazing and is wonderfully prepared. Thank you so much for the effort you've put into this. Finally changing my own UI after too many years I care to admit.
Had a few problems initially, then just abandoned and restarted Preach's UI - worked like a dream. Love the UI - Thanks for all the hard work and effort Preach, it's much appreciated x
Nice UI, I'll probably roll with this for Legion. Question though, why is the font really pixelated for some elements? Namely the target frame and the datatexts (time, durability, etc) for ElvUI?
Okay figured it out. If this is annoying anyone else: In ElvUi, go to Datatexts and in the Fonts section, there is a Font Outline dropdown menu. Change it from Monochromeoutline to None. Do the same thing in the Unitframe section.

I just tried getting it today but i dont think it works anymore. The bars are all messed up so its not usable. Super bummed cause your UI is perfect. Maybe do an update video or see if this still works. Keep up the great shit man!

Im not sure whats going on. For me, I've just done when preach has said in the description and what i said above and its worked. Hope you get it working soon :(

Totally agree, every patch i keep getting LUA warnings fill my chat bar from ELVUI, after being so perfectly setup with this UI it's so hard to use ones own brain again! :(

tried updating through curse client, but it wont go further than 3.15 and ingame it says there is a 3.25.. anyone know if manually updating it will not break it?
Go on the the Elvui website, and then get the Tukui client. You can just download and update from there and save all of your profiles! Hope this helps!

Change the name of the downloaded folder to your accounts name, it should be a number like '' 123456874#2 '' Copy that to yours, you can find that in your own folder which you should have backed up.
I got the problem that it wont let me log in with my old "email - pword" do I put the number as my log in all the time now? nothing obvious seems to work

Hi Preach! Newly subbed and love your videos. I'm a returning player from WoTLK and played since vanilla launch. Anyways I've always used addons and love them. I'm trying to main a Monk Brewmaster for legion and this UI has helped me out a lot. I've been tinkering with it and am currently using Tidy Plates in place of ElvUI Nameplates and don't use Grid and use just ElvUI party frames instead also I liked TipTac Talents to show up players talent spec in tooltip for PvP. Still tinkering but just wanted to say thanks for this and all you do!
Had to go to elvui main website to get the latest version. Then used curse to update the rest. Some will still be out of fate, but it would still work if you load out of date addons in game and follow the instructions in the video.
Preach I owe you big time, I've had alot of trouble looking down at my powers to see what is ready and what isn't with your config I don't have that problem anymore Thank you!
Rather than the Copy+paste method, with TMW you can also right click and drag the icon from one box to another. When you release it will ask if you want to move the icon or copy it.
Very nice! Only thing I'd change is the center positioned TMW stuff, because I always want to see where my feet are on hehe but other than that, nice work and thanks for sharing!!

I was hopeful, still does not work. Addons folder isn't even showing when you are on the character option screen.
did you remove your interface folder, then put in Preachs?

There is not WTF folder in the pack so it doesn't work.
Patrick Marchand you need to use WinRAR to import his stuff not a free winrar knockoff. Worked for me
Probably due to you having a different monitor size to Preach, try messing around with the UI scale.

Lot of work went into making tell me when profiles. Easy to uses. And perfect when you planning on alts.
For anyone who can't find the preachlegion profile in elvui, copy the account name from your old WTF folder in to the new one.

When I go to unpack the download, it gets to about 25 or 30% and it stops, saying that it can't be saved and may be damaged.

Changed the account name properly? Remember its not just "your account name" if you check your old WTF folder for it, mine was a string of numbers :)

+1 This would make grid not fuck up in 7.2 and drop lots of Lua errors. Please Preach!

logged in this morning and all my ui had been reset....
go into you old WTF folder and the account name should be a bunch of numbers, like 73214786#324, copy and paste that and it works :)

When playing paladin how do i move the holy charges from the middle of the screen?
Open up the config mode for ElvUI and click the "Toggle Anchors" button at the top, it will allow you to drag everything around to your liking
Except that there's no bar in the toggle anchor's section, and there doesnt seem to be an option to move those bright yellow bars.
Also warlock soul shards
ComboPointsRedux is responsible for those shitstains disable it in your addons.

I changed the ACCOUNT NAME folder to my account name.
