I’ve been mired in misery because of some sort of martyr complex. “Woe is me” instead of “here is something I enjoy about this situation”. The past three years I’ve been making improvements in my life and have been focusing on the good, but last week at work I was stressed BIG TIME. I felt myself slipping into the “woe is me”. Something clicked and I thought “no, I’m not doing that”. I recognized what I was thinking and how it would spiral. So to me, having those “beautiful life” moments takes a change in your frame of mind. Thanks for attending my TED Talk 😅

I’ve reinvented myself in quarantine, it was the best feeling although I’ve been experiencing the second warning a lot this year. I feel like I literally have every reason to not be in that suffering state, but yet I fall in to it. Do you have any extra tips on how to overcome that one particularly?
Padmaja Valluru as what Albert Einstein once said "we can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them" so what you may need is a change of mindset, look more into the solution and not on the problem. You've got this! 😊
