1/2 Enkoyonai pride males aka Fig Tree boys "Nyekundo", making a beautiful show for roaring in his evening rituals, along with his pride. Son of the famous Kings Maridadi & Kaka, Nyekundo and his brother Osupaat inherited this pride from the old legends Oloparpit & Olbarnoti, and now help this pride thrive with many offsprings!

A pleasure for the eyes this Nyekundu💓 Osupaat💓 and him are one of my favorite duos, just like their father, Maridadi❣️🌹 and Kaka💓I like them a lot...adorable these little ones playing with their big brother, I hope to see the Fig Tree Prince for years to come in the Masai Mara and I hope too that the Enkoyonai pride💓 and all the sub adults/small ones are well...do you know how many sub adults there are in all? I know that the pride is divided into several groups, so it's difficult to know the exact number.

Thanks for your comments we love them too! Currently they have 4 big subadults (2 boys and 2 daughters), and a batch of young cubs. Enkoyonai pride has 5 adult lionesses but usually split up as 3 as the core pride and 2 as the breakaway pride. What you saw here is the core pride.

They are sons of Nyekundo and Osupaat 100%, born in 2021. Fig Tree boys already took over this pride since 2021.

There are no Oloparpit's offsprings left in this pride. The 2020 batch of cubs unfortunately all got killed - none survived from take over.

@@kkg108 What we heard about Olope & Olbarikoi killed some cubs, not sure if they killed all. Not sure if Fig Tree boys killed the rest. Anyway just no cubs survived from that 2019/2020 litters.
