Update September 20, 2022: Deep Six Gear issued new updated version of Regulator Service Manual. New version is more detailed. On page 37 step 14 and 15 describe how to remove plug and replace O-rings in the adjustment knob of the Second Stage. I did not cover it in my video, not a critical step, but since it is now in the manual, please consider to follow.

What steps would one normally take to become a regulator technician?
Each regulator manufacturer has its own training program that usually done with a specific dive shop. I did not have any training only self education, mentoring with divers who are certified technicians. Deep6 has classes to service a regulator you can contact them. I like Deep6 as it is very good quality regulator with open service concept, you can get manual and parts from them and training.
