Only dismantle a 2nd stage front cover if you can test + tune it when you reassemble. This would mean being a trained Scubapro Level 1 technician or higher, and having 2nd stage tuning capability, and a way to check IP of the 1st stage, and cracking pressure of the 2nd stage.
