I am loving this series and the chemistry of both of you. Thank you guys for being you and creating this channel. P.S. Make sure to hit that like button and subscribe 😊🎉❤
The Trilby Highlands has a field of grass above the tree house you first find the poet dude in. Do a continuous spin attack there, and you get so much with a picolyte active.
Someone did a great video on the problems this heart piece has with all the problems the figurine collection process has. It's "The WORST Heart Piece in Zelda History" by MrDrBoi. He actually shows that the best grinding spot is in the Trillby Highlands with the great spin attack but instead of using the shell picolyte he uses the rupee picolyte to refill his wallet and buy more shells. I had seen his video before replaying Minish Cap and it saved me from having to grind out the shells at the end.
This is blowing my mind because I had no idea it was possible to get into that room. I'm sure when I first played this game in the mid-2000s it said on GameFAQs that nobody knew how to unlock that door. Great to see you do it! (mind you, I never went in for grinding out the figurines so I would never have discovered it myself)
There's a video by MrDrBoi that goes into detail about how this is the worst Heart Piece in Zelda history. Heck, the videos even called that. It's CRAZY how hard Capcom dropped the ball on this, if not slammed it through the floor.
Does anybody have any theories regarding why only one of the inhabitants of Mama's Cafe is drinking a blue drink of some sort? My theory is its a star wars reference - specifically to Kyle Katarn, an expanded universe character commonly associated with the blue milk drink found in the star wars universe.
I just did this grind last week, first of all, left of Hyrule City there's a huge patch of grass, which is where I farmed, and I used the yellow picolyte, because it costs 300 rupees but you get nearly 500, so I bought all the shells from the shop
Hello dudes how is everyone doing quick question in your opinion out of all the zelda games which title was the hardest to get all of the hearts thanks
As a note, I don’t think castor wilds is the best. Personally I feel like the fields to the west of the town are better, especially with the great spin attack.
11:47 - hypothetical 2; same premis, but instead of adding the gotcha game to the actual game and locking a piece of heart behind it, it’s a gotcha game in real life that gives you amibos and a piece of heart is locked behind scanning all those amibos in. 😜
4:46 - I wonder if this would’ve been a more favourably remembered mini game if Minish Cap had had a connect feature so you could trade duplicates like you can trade pokemon in Pokémon games? 🤔
15:45 - is there a picolite that helps find shells that’d be more cost effective? Edit: 42:01 never mind, was useless, unless there’s a better farming spot.
At least in the german version the dark nuts are calles "Eisenprinz" what basically means Iron Prince. One thing that I always noticed is, that the german localization is closer to the japanese original. But in case of the Dark Nuts I can't say for sure which one is a better translation, because I can't read japanese
I still have 17 figurines to get and I'm having to cheat to get money to buy figurines and cheat to get figurines I don't have yet, and I was using a conservative percentage like 67% throughout the game. The game just isn't well-balanced concerning the seashell economy. And I still have 2 kinstone fusions to find. I don't see how anyone did this on original hardware.
The only Zelda "gambling" game I want to see is a pinball game in style of Kirby's Pinball Land, Devil's Crush, Alien Crush or the Pokemon Pinball games. NOT A BORING Pinball table from the Zen Studios, something crazy and fun, not there pseudo realistic tables that feel realistic, NO! A crazy fun creative pinball game like the first mentioned.

49:11 - his figurine also looks like he’s confused, as if to highlight the oddity of him being amid the bosses. 😜
Thank you for spending all those years collecting shells for your fans! What a sacrifice!
It's almost the finale. Keep it up guys.
I LOVE things like the David Jr lore. I was also very exited that the ghosts in Pacaman were called Inky, Pinky, Blinky and Clyde 😂
Ngl was having a bit of a sh*t day and this just turned it around! Thank you guys for posting! *serotonin time engaged*
Hope you feel better!
Carlov and that rich collector guy are the true villains of Minish Cap.

The lone heart container should be behind the figurines since they are so hard
You madlads actually did it
watching this while i'm drawing :3
Been enjoying this playthrough guys. It’s been a good one.

Yep. I tried to post the link to it in a previous video, but TH-cam doesn't like links, even from itself.

My theory is its a star wars reference - specifically to Kyle Katarn, an expanded universe character commonly associated with the blue milk drink found in the star wars universe.
His sprite also rather resembles most of the video game depictions of Kyle Katarn.

nice play through of one of my favorite legend of Zelda game boy games love Minish Cap
So sad it's getting close but have enjoyed watching this series 😢😊

😜
Light Arrows only do 4x the damage of normal arrows, so there are some enemies it can't take out in one shot.
22:33 - Link is also long overdue being playable in Mario Tennis.

Sad, the series is almost at an end. Excited for the finale! Btw, who will be playing the next game?
I’m guessing it will be ZeldaMaster since they are taking turns
@@ShadowWizard224 Yeah, I was gonna guess the same.
no need to guess, it will be zeldamaster. they are playing in timeline order, and alternating every game
15:45 - is there a picolite that helps find shells that’d be more cost effective?
Edit: 42:01 never mind, was useless, unless there’s a better farming spot.
I can’t wait for Ocarina of Time 🙏
FIGURINES! THE ONLY REASON I WATCH (jk)
Out of curiosity, how long did it take for that grind??
0:20 - figurine _and encyclopaedia_ time if you read all the descriptions out too. 😉
You guys planning on doing Four Swords after this one?
It's OOT the next game in the timeline
@@Nicolas-lz6pg Pretty sure it's Four Swords (not Four Swords Adventures)
@@TheHyruleArchives oh yeah my bad
@@Nicolas-lz6pgAll good, no worries
I’m wondering how they’re going to play it. The 3DS had a single player mode while the GBA original was multiplayer only.

In Japanese, it translates into Dark Knight
@@ggbetz That's good to know. Thanks :D
5:32 - that’s called OCD I think ZM. 😜
Are they really releasing an hd version of twilight princess on switch tormorrow?!
I’m not kidding bro is it true
47:14 - I suppose it’s a little like buying audiobooks on Audible. 🤷🏻♂️
12:45 - a feeling you can get in those body parts maybe? How are they named in Japanese, maybe there’s a pun that doesn’t translate? 🤷🏻♂️
I'm kinda sad you stopped doing podcast for now...
I play old top down Zelda on emulators on mobile
