Fun Fact at 37:45 - The reason they ignored him then, they show off later BUT until you actually speak with the Great Fairy, he will NOT act as the 'fly down teleport' and will just keep telling you to meet with the Great Fairy.

Loving this series thus far! Also, thanks Luke and Ed for these Zelda playthroughs, as they are bringing me back a lot of memories from when I was younger. I remember when I used to boot up a new Zelda game and immediately look up Lukes 100% playthrough to it so I could follow along with it to 100% the game (once I played the game myself of course). I swear I have done that with just about every Zelda game in the series, just following Lukes old 100% playthroughs, very fun and entertaining to watch and reminisce on. I think the yellow paint debacle is way overblown, usually it's just used to show what you can interact with not to solve puzzles for you. Even in cases where it is used for that though it's meant to be an "invisible" hint, the only reason why a lot of people can recognize it now is because they had it pointed out to them. I think the reason why the King Dodongo is susceptible to fire at the end is because he just had bombs blow up inside him and cuts on the outside making weak spots in his scales for the lava to hurt him. In the 3DS version while Navi is hovering over those spots she makes a little sparkle effect rising out of the ground if it's a big fairy spot.
I totally agree with the night lights impression you talked about. Although it's bright, I can imagine people going inside their houses after sunset, and talking with each other in candlelight. I think Majora's Mask did this especially well, since characters have daily routines, which you can follow.

I’m loving this series so far, but I’m wondering if you guys changed the target setting in the options from “switch” to “hold”. If not, I’d definitely do that. I think using switch is harder, because it’s hard to untarget stuff (you have to hold down on the left stick and press Z, instead of just letting go, like how you would with the “hold” option. Just make sure you save in game first, of course, and then do the reset option in the suspend menu. And then it’s in the options menu on the file select screen. Loading a save state you might have will make you lose progress if it’s a save state from before a real in game save
The epic journey continues, this is going to be a very very long playthrough. This timeline playthrough project you guys have going on is going to last for a few years yet.

I also don't like the floaty feel of the 3D remakes' controls. Link looks weightless, when he walks around, while in the originals, it does look like it has weight to it.

I believe "skull-chula" is actually correct. It's a portmanteau of "skull" and "tarantula" (as in a big spider) which is pronounced similarly in English. It actually bugs *me* when people pronounce Skulltula with a hard T sound for just that reason.

What other games have more Gorons? All I can think of is BotW or TotK. Wind Waker and Skyward Sword have very few Gorons.
