    I started this routine last week and just finished it about an hour ago. The push-ups and jumping right into the squats and back again is no joke. Its tough with little rest but the feeling of accomplishment is insane.

    Thank you for the motivation! Almost 54 year old woman who hasn’t really exercised since right before lockdowns. Used to be in great shape; not so much these days. I completed the work out with some breaks and inclined pushups but I did IT!!

    I started this on the 7th, recovering alcoholic, 50 lbs overweight, started with 10 downs, currently at 15 downs and gradually increasing to 50 downs and i wanna thank you bro for the video, really helped me simplify and go after it and i feel benefits already, one bro 🤙🏻

    You’re singing my song! I’ve always focused on pushups and squats since I was a kid. No matter what else I did I never got away from them. There’s been plenty of times they were the only thing I did. You can’t go wrong with’em. They cover just about everything. They are certainly compound movements that also have a good effect on your health as well as fitness. If that was all a person did due to lack of equipment, space or whatever, you can’t go wrong! No gym, no equipment, ...NO PROBLEM! I love it!! 👍💯💪

    I modified this a bit doing 20 down burpees and mountain climbers. I was honestly smoked out. But hey I felt battle ready the next day. Sending my words to you man.

    Working out in the cold is a good way to not burn up as quickly and helps your body recover good, but in a different way. My pushup form is a straighter line in the body. I've noticed it's a burn, yet provides more and better feeling when doing them. It's good to see people not let the pandemic hinder their health.

    I do 250 pushups and 125 squats before I go to work.and 400 pushups and 225 squats on my day off.good work bro.

    I aprecciate your content is amazing I started doing exercise outside in a park since 4 months and to climb mountains in the early at 5:00 a.m but I smoke weed alone what do you think and Study English because I love the hip-hop is fantastic to combine the music I feel like a Rocky balboa jajajjaj and ofcourse to understand when you and your team of winners speech.regards since Colombia and all the winners that watch your videos.
