I have G15 series with RTX3060 - AMD version worth 1 Lakh 34k , honestly after 2 years of heavy duty in gaming and creative works I will give it 6/10. Biggest problem with Zephyrus series 90+ temp while gaming in Mid-Settings.
Currently, there seems to be only one variant available for sale, the one with core ultra 7 and rtx 4070. Plus, I couldn't find the white color option too.

MacBook has great,I mean GREAT battery life than any windows laptop ever. If you are comfortable with apple ecosystem/have an iPhone, take the mac if you have budget. But if you want to do gaming then nuy legion or this one. But as a medical student myself, I have a 2016 mac which still works:) great battery still

Depends if the software you are using runs on the Apple silicon or how well it runs using Rosetta. I have a macbook pro and the build quality, speakers, keyboard, touch pad, screen and battery are all exceptional. It doesn't heat up, I hardly hear the fans, and it doesn't drop performance on battery. But the software I use runs terribly on it. So I will be getting a G16 this year. I am not a medical student.

Can you talk more about the F - keys? Do they work for gaming as in binding fkeys to do functions in games? I heard asus laptops need to have FN key held in to use fkeys does that just work for the fkeys actual functions? And otherwise it will use your gaming commands when fkeys are pressed?
I noticed the right side of the trackpad overlaps with the right control key. Whenever that happens, I fear i am going to have typing issues due to the trackpad caused interference.
