In my humble opinion go for the hp omen because of 4060 instead of 4050. If i were you i would also consider lenovo LOQ i7 14th gen rtx4060 and one more slightly on the higher budget predator neo i7 14th gen rtx4060(solid built , higher read write speed and better display)
3:22 Recently, I purchased the Asus ROG Strix G16 with the 13450HX processor, but I have encountered an issue with its RGB Bar/Strip. They are not working properly and are not synchronizing with the keyboard's RGB. Out of the 4 sections of the bar, only the one on the left side is synchronizing, while the other 3 sections remain frozen. I have updated Windows 11 and the Armoury Crate app, along with all the drivers, but the problem persists. Please help me with this issue.

It was a hardware issue. The laptop was under a 7 day replacement policy, so I got a replacement.
