I didn't know cilantro was coriander. I grew up near the Mexican border, so I only knew cilantro. Baja fish tacos have shredded cabbage, shredded cheddar cheese, and a white sauce made from sour cream, mayo, lime juice and garlic. Also, they are usually made with corn tortillas. So good! Even better with some guacamole (mashed avocado with lime juice and spices). Are avocados available in Australia?

Fish tacos are the best. Pure Baja cuisine ;-) BUT...those flat bready things you missplaced are 'tore-TEA-yuhs" (tortillas). Tacos are the the whole thing ready to eat. If you have access to frozen breaded Tilapia fillets, you can make them easy=peasy. I really like the pickled onion. Now I have to go make me some tacos... ;-) Cheers from over here, y'all!

I believe it's the not just the seed's vs leaves but taste. I like cilantro but not coriander and I think coriander seeds on a taco would not be quiet right to say the least.

Some might say the bazza and Shazza is politically incorrect, even immature. I think they are piss funny and add to the fact that we camp for fun. The vid was good, fish tacos are a go to and I’m still laughing at the strategic nick on the sausage. Keep the fun coming young Harry 👍😂
You can mix a bit of sriracha or hot sauce with the mayo first then coat the fish etc with crumbs. I reckon soft tacos are better warmed up; less floury. Love the can idea, Shazza is funny but no 🤣

And the first mistake was saying he caught an edible fish. Salmon is only edible in fish cakes after bleeding the hell out of it and any dark flesh removed.

We call that fish Kahawai in NZ highly underrated. Great smoked as well with white bread, Mayo. Cold beer. Awesome. Love the Shazza!!
