This carrot recipe is egg-free, dairy-free, and butter-free, which is very suitable for vegetarians. Although it is not as sweet as bread with butter and milk, it has a light taste and is very soft. It is delicious and healthy, and you can't even taste the carrots. It can be baked or fried. This recipe is recommended for kids who don’t like carrots!
Carrots 150g
Water 110ml
Bread flour or all-purpose flour 300g
Active dry yeast 3g/1tsp
Salt 3g/0.5tsp
White sugar 25g/2tbsp
Olive oil 30ml/2tbsp
150g Carrot
Cut the carrot into small pieces
Put the carrot into a blender cup
110ml water
Blend the carrot and water
240g carrot puree
25g white sugar
3g active dry yeast
Mix well
300g wheat flour
3g salt
Mix well until the ingredients are combined
30ml Olive oil
Knead the dough until the surface is smooth
Cover and rise until double size
After 1.5 hours
Deflate the air bubbles
Sprinkle some flour on the work surface
Move the dough onto the kneading board
Shape the dough
Cut and divide the dough into 12 pieces
Take a piece of dough and shape it into a ball
Repeat
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
Take a piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin
Low heat
Add a bit of oil to the pan
Brush the oil in the pan
Fry the dough
Fry for 3-5 minutes on low heat
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Continue to fry until both sides are golden brown
Done!
For baking
Cover and rise for 30 minutes
Spray some water on top
Seasoning (optional)
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 356°F/180°C
After frying
It's super soft and delicious!

Place on a rack to cool
It's super soft and fluffy!
It can be baked or fried!

@@nohamannaa2816 sure. I just used Google translate. This Recipe has milk butter and egg. But you can easily make it egg and dairy free.
650g Hokkaido pumpkin
500g flour
1 packet of dry yeast
2-3 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp salt
100ml milk
50g butter
1 egg
PREPARATION
Dice the Hokkaido pumpkin and cook on a baking sheet at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes until soft. Then mash or puree and let cool.
Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar (here the quantity decides: do you prefer sweet or neutral?). Heat the milk and butter and add lukewarm or melted to the flour. Knead all ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
Now patience is required: Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then knead again, shape, position on a lined baking sheet, cover and wait another 45 minutes.
When the dough has finally doubled in size, it can be placed in the preheated oven (175°C, fan oven). Brush with the beaten egg beforehand and cut as desired.
The bread can bake for a good 30-40 minutes and then needs to cool for 10 minutes. And finally: take the butter out of the fridge, cut off a warm slice of fresh pumpkin bread, spread it, bite it - enjoy!

Идея возникла! Сделать то же самое, но без дрожжей, а вместо воды кефир с добавлением соды.. а морковь, это очень хорошая идея!!!
Правильно мыслите!)) Можно свою закваску сделать, вместо вредных дрожжей.
Не несите чушь. Дрожжи никакого негативного влияния на организм человека не оказывают.

А я вспомнила, у меня где-то ещё в тетрадке двадцатилетней давности записан пирог- торт из моркови!!! Было вкусно. Сынулька уплетал за обе щеки👍👍👍

Bonjour, je pense qu'avec une telle recette de pâte qui utilise une levure boulangère , donc qui gonfle, on ne peut pas faire des tartes... Pour faire des fonds de tarte on n'utilise pas de levure... I tried this recipe today, and the results were delicious. I'll definitely be making it again in the future. As an experiment, I tried half the number of rolls baked in the oven, and the other half in the pan. Both were very good, with just a slight personal preference for the pan cooked version. Yum!

Looks good and has a nice colour. I rarely use eggs, dairy or oil when making bread (except for some of your recipes which have all been really good). I typically stick to very basic ingredients such as flour, water, salt & yeast.
You're missing out on something great if you don't have egg bread made with olive oil infused with lemon.

С маслом будет пышнее, а ещё сливки домашние они дают невероятный вкус,хорошо детям худым с какао.

Я вообще хотела бы испечь коарыжки на апельсиновом соке. Стакан сока плюс 100 гр масла 150 сахара рыхлитель плюс мука и ореховая мука примерно 370 гр муки и 100 гр орехов перемолоть. У меня с ногами проблема поэтому не могу испробовать свои придуманные рецепты.
Если вы часто печёте то поймёте сколько всего нужно. Ну а муки будете смотреть в процессе.
Я так страдаю что не могу воплотить в реальность.
А морковку лучше перемеленую разбавить водой или соком какой вам нравится это уже на вкус.
Отджать чтобы был один только сок.

Thank You for posting this! How long do they last out of the refrigerator and how long in? Is it like regular bread when storing or do they mold sooner out of the refrigerator due to the carrot content? Can other flours besides "wheat flour" be used, as well? Can the yeast be substituted with "baking powder? Have a good day and thanks!
12-15 minutes in 356°F/180°C. I use wholemeal and was good. But colour was not that beautiful😊

There are endless bread recipes with no eggs. My best breads are flour, water, yeast, salt. Eggs and butter are for enriched dough recipes.

@@ba-dy9xt Take a look at the guy who calls himself "ChainBaker" on youtube. Flour/water/bit of salt...that's it, and it is excellent bread. He has great videos, for simple breads, and also sourdough breads, and teaches you how to make your own starter, so there is no yeast in the bread if you don't want it.
Sometimes comments with links get deleted... so just search him on TH-cam. :)
