Electrician here on the east coast of Canada. Nowadays that’s a typical job site. Absolutely ZERO organization and coordination. Residential jobs are bad, but commercial ones are worse. So much for the term “construction management”….
That jobsite is a disaster, the people running it must have ADHD or something. Unfinished shit everywhere. I'm a big believer in finishing the rooms completely in each phase so you don't have to go back - like frame it all, wire it all, drywall all of it, etc. Don't think you will remember you forgot nailers in that upstairs BR once you leave it - you won't, and the drywall guy will hang it as he sees it, fuck it.
