everyone! great video
Every
These tips are unique and pretty new to me. All of them inspired me to a great extend🧡✨
I loved all the habits soo useful and I absolutely loved the contact
Can you make a video on LACK OF MOTIVATION ? I get that a lot .....or maybe I'm just lazy ...😅
Bruhhh you literally changed my life after I discovered you. You helped me be a better person. have a better perspective about myself, my appearance, my confidence. All your videos are so unique from other study tubers. Your tips are soooo real. You literally hit our emotions and not just a dopamine release. You really seen to put in a lottt of efforts for the videos. I do not have enough words to thank you with but just to let you know. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
YOUR GIVING ME SOME REAL HOPE/MOTIVATIONN
I relate so much with this comment!
The hardest part about doing something is not the process, rather just making up your mind and actually doing the thing!
I never had too much confidence in my skills and intellect. I would always be so confused when someone said, "You're smart but you never use it the right way". I felt that there were unrealistic expectations burdening my shoulders.
But now I understand that I had underestimated my own skills and potential.
If we are capable of being the worst, we are also capable of being the best!
@@Sabeera_Fatima YESS. also gotta take studying as a staircase for ur future NOT AS A CHORE
Seven habits:-
1) Be proactive
2) Begin with the end in mind
3) Put first things first
4) Think Win -Win
5) Seek first to understand then to be understood
6) Synergize
7) Sharpen the saw.
Proactive*
You're quite literally a fairy Godmother I'm so glad I found you
great way to put it!
1 . Be proactive...
in what's in your control is how you make progress in any situation.
2. Begin with the END in mind .
Is this action gonna contribute to the end u want ?
3. Put first thing first
What's really important to me , am i showing thats important to.
me
4. Think win -win
Learn from each other improve together
5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood
Follow instructions
6. Synergize (whole is greater than the sum of individual parts )
7. Sharpening the saw
Continuously maintain the things that need maintenance , see
what u can do each day .... take care of physical and mental health .... help and train ur body and mindset
Amy, I might be just another comment saying thank you but I swear, I just- don't know how to tell you how amazing you are like- you are the reason I improved so much just- idk how to tell you how much you've helped me. I don't even have my own phone yet but I still was struggling to study more. After watching your vids, now I don't watch any other youtubers. You are literally all I needed, the way you really want to help us reach our potential- I swear when I am a successful person, you will be the reason for it and I will be the most grateful for you always. Just thank you so much Amy❤
Sorry if I did any Grammer Mistake ❤
Thank youu, Amy! (PLEASE READ THIS, PLEASE)
I have a Psychology exam on Monday, and let me tell you smtg veryyyy gr8🎉
I just got all of my papers of the first cycle of the weekly tests for this new academic year...and i got 96%, being the highest in my whole grade. And just when i got those papers, i literally whispered, "thank you, amy" and smileddd because i finally got what i know i well deserved and ik there's so much more that i have to achieve and do, and there's much more that the universe holds for me...and i PROMISE youuu till the end of this academic year, im gonna score 98% as this is the last year of my school and i literally want this score and will tell you my progress after every exam under your video.
Thank you amy
Thank you so muchhhhh❤❤

I honestly dunno if you are even gonna see this comment, but GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY!!
I love the comment "seek to understand, rather than be understood." It is so powerful and, while extremely difficult to implement, a beautiful way to truly love those around you. A common prayer is, "grant that I may never seek so much to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love with all my soul." I think, even if a person is not religious, or no matter their beliefs, this is such a beautiful motto to live by!
Actually, very small correction. It’s “seek *first* to understand, *then* to be understood.” Your voice matters too!
1. be proactive
2. think about the results/end
3. put first things first
4. win-win
5. understand other ppl first then be understood
6. sharpen the saw
7. make sure ur body and head is in a good position
Amy's motivation and her words are what keep me going. Seriously, she is so helpful !

I read the teen version when i was 13 and have said the same thing: everyone should read this 100% ❤ life changing. Also Purpose Drive Life.. these books made me who i am ❤
" I have myself and i am control these certain things to still get what i want ."
❤❤
Hi amy! I hoped this day would come. I've been watching your videos for a few months. I recently moved to America, and your videos have helped me a lot in adapting to the educational system here. I had no foundation in the language or culture. When I saw your video, it opened my eyes. I was in a state of depression, I didn't want to do anything, and I had no motivation. Even though I tried, it wasn't enough. After this, I made a list of things to accomplish during the day to improve my mental, physical, and emotional state.
I chose to read this book, and now I'm writing to you after reaching my first milestone. This book was fantastic, containing things we all want but don't know how to achieve. I'm very grateful to have found you. I analyzed all the habits in a separate notebook so that if I forget, I can review them and try to improve over time until I have internalized these 7 habits.
I hope to continue working on myself, even though it's difficult. I know the journey is long, but if I change my way of seeing things, I can do it. This message might be very long, but I just wanted to thank you. Please, keep it up. I will continue to work on myself in search of happiness. I will try to maintain this routine and read more books. So, please, if you have any other book recommendations, let me know.
Thank you so much! Keep smiling!
Hi Yunki!! Wow congrats on the move - that's so exciting but also difficult I imagine. Super proud of you for reading the book and happy to hear your progress :) I recommended my favorite books in the description of each of my videos, linked them all as well, so you can check them out! Keep going! :D I'm rooting for you.
I love the book Rest by Alex Soojung-Kim Pang. It teaches how less is more when it comes to work.
I always thought, and was taught by both parents and society, that to achieve things you had to push yourself to the limit. But after a depression and chronic illness diagnosis, that wasn't going to work for me. You can't punish yourself into productivity - especially if you aren't abled or neurotypical.
I've also been wondering recently why i was so unmotivated, and it turned out I needed to up my antidepressant dose, not just "work harder." In addition, I realized I was EXHAUSTED and work more productively after a rest.
Summary ❤
The key points of the 7 Habits are:
Habit 1: Be Proactive. This means taking control of your own life and not blaming others for your problems.
Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind. This means having a clear goal for what you want to achieve in life.
Habit 3: Put First Things First. This means focusing on the important things in your life and not getting sidetracked by unimportant things.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win. This means trying to find solutions that benefit everyone involved.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood. This means listening to others before trying to get them to understand you.
Habit 6: Synergize. This means working together to achieve more than you could achieve on your own.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw. This means taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Thanks for reading ❤
Thank you!! I will ofc watch the video tho too 😁

Hey
I am an 9th grade student and by watching your content and working upon it I saw a lot of improvement in my academics.
Thanks ❤
This was so awesome, you seem a truley kind yet succesful person. I think that you encompase the concept of "winning at life". Thank you so much. This was clear, yet complex in a very matter of fact manner. Despite this youn definetly approached this in a fun way.
This book did indeed change my life when I was 23 - paradigms. Imagine a belief as a type of lens through which we see the world. Changing your paradigms not only changes the lens, but also changes our experience of the world - and what is possible.
At this point I feel like ur interpreting my life rn, ur a wizard Amy, lord knows I needed this cos I tend to do a lot of this and not see any progress, thank u and love u Amy and all f yall❤❤
Hehehe I'm still waiting for my Hogwarts letter but thank you!! Much love
Your study videos helped me so much, i graduated high school in top 1%, after being pretty much average for my entire life❤
I feel like this video was super helpful!! Some people (like me) probably can't afford to buy the book because of our limited budget, so it really means a lot to me that you've summarised the book (not to mention that you've done it super super well, lots of love for youu) I really enjoyed absorbing all these habits as well as the meaningful quotes you incorporate in your videos. Can't thank you enough!!❤
your videos give me hope that i can get back into my topper era!!!
although i had a downfall in 8th i decided its not gonna be in 9th too!!! here i am in summer taking all the notes on how to study smarter! nd your videos are the most helpful ones.
i would like to thank u so much for giving me hope! i am gonna use all ur tips. you are AMAZINGG for not gatekeeping.
i love you so muchh
youre my fav youtuberrrr period.
Much loveeee ♥️ Thank you so much - I'm honored :)
This book transformed my life.
1. being proactive - Take control of the situation, instead of surrendering to the situation.
2. begin with the end in mind - check if your actions are ACTUALLY contributing to your goals. (you might be working hard, but also not progressing)
3. prioritization - check what's actually important. reflect often.
4,5,6. you help others, they help you back? - making good relationships with people can lead you to have a supportive reciprocation with them?
7. sharpen your AXE - this ties in most to number 2, work smart before you work hard.
Your channel is very unique really thank you very much for your tips and hard work in this channel
Wish you all the best
So kind of you. Wish you all the best too!
I’m on summer break but love watching your videos I have become a better person because of you!!!
I started reading the book but couldn't finish it, this came at the right time thank you so much Amy 💗🎀
Valuable insights, thank you.
1. Be proactive with what is within your control
2. Begin each action with the end in mind: If you died now, what will this action sum up to to contribute to what people say about you, or what you will be known by.
AT THE END OF THE DAY, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF?
3. Put first things FIRST: In the Eisenhower matrix, spend more time in the non-urgent and important tasks.
4. Think win-win: Think whatever help you're giving to someone else, is also ultimately helping yourself. Collaborate with others.
5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood: Listen to others and understand them (be it people or tasks), before trying to make yourself be understood.
Seek to improve your attention to detail
6. Synergize: When the whole is greater than the sum of its individual parts.
7. Sharpen the saw: Take the time to maintain things that need maintenance as it will save you more time later. E.g organizing your space, scheculing your time blocks, sleep an optimum amount each day, read a book for 15 minutes, etc.
I love this book summary video, as I've always wanted to get to read the book, but there are so many things to read
So thanks for the summary Amy, I really appreciate it.😁

Hi Amy!! I'm a new subscriber to your channel!! Your videos look so cool and it looks like it can be very efficient. Thank you for helping us to be better and thank you for doing videos for us!! I'll make sure to follow your tips because l'm going to be a freshman in high school... do you have any specific recommendations for transitioning to high school?
I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel!!!! And thank you for posting a new video 🫶🫶🫶 Also thank you so much for talking about this book!! I’m really interested in it!!
Yay thanks for joining the A-Team! To transition to high school, I recommend the following:
- Brush up on your fundamentals (especially math because many people don't have the foundation and struggle in high school)
- Have the mindset to try more things in freshman year but reflect so you can narrow down your passions and dedicate energy to achieve in those areas
- Evaluate your organization and time-management skills, make improvements if that was a weak spot
- Be confident in your own values and your priorities
- Overall, if you had good habits in middle school, then you should adapt beautifully! That's why it's so important to set good habits as soon as possible, just like the ones in my video :)
Now if anyone asks the same thing, you know what to tell them! Thank you for making our community better!🫶
