Unfortunately, while I love reading I find books so expensive 😭 I have tried reading in a Kobo and on my phone to lessen the amount of books I buy but I hate it... I try to borrow as many as possible and find the ones I want on sale but still it has become an expensive hobby
@vitoriaarruda2968 I would 100% recommend your local library! i also kept buying books for my kobo until i found out i could borrow ebooks from my library!!!
If I'm feeling "spendy," I take books out of the library because the act of going there and checking the items out trick my brain into thinking I went shopping 😆 Great video!
I totally get this. I keep my Starbucks paper cup with lid and refill it with my homemade coffee during the week to trick myself into thinking I did a coffee run. Sometimes it’s just the routine that’s hard to break.
@@emmysapphire2525this is such a great idea and mindset. I stopped drinking Starbucks and replaced it with tea at home and started buying my own k-cups to use at work instead of going to Starbucks
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
Decluttering is such a strong wake up call. It also can be very overwhelming. A tip that helps me tremendously : if it's too much, begging by selecting items you need and put the rest aside. Try using only that selection for a few weeks or months. Then, you will see what you really need. It will also be easier to get rid of stuff. This whole process let you experience a minimalist lifestyle without the stress of decluttering first. It's very motivating. For example: clothes. Create a capsule wardrobe with your closet and try sticking to it for 3-4 weeks. You will realize how little you need. You will also rediscover your clothes, wearing them multiple times and being creative with them. It will create less mess, and less choice fatigue. Then, decluttering will be easier. Hope it helps !
This is a terrific idea! I never wanted to make a decision based solely on my feelings in just one day. My feelings are so unpredictable. This makes much more sense.
I have walk dates with one of my girlfriends on Sundays. We live in a big city and we started going to a different parc every time, and get coffee to go and just walk around and talk
I don't do impulsive shopping and I don't wait 3 weeks. Usually I'm more lazy to buy things I want or I think about for months. Then I do right choice. Great example... I was looking for nice fluffy creamy carpet with black crossing lines under my sofa in living room. But it was too expensive on the internet and I really didn't know if I really need it. And then after months I randomly bought it during my trip in Marocco. Good quality, no platic just wool, handmade from locals and more cheaper. So lucky I waited till this unplanned moment.
I’ve noticed lately that I spend a lot of money on beverages, such as bubbly’s and nonalcoholic drinks, when honestly, I could just drink water and flavour it myself
I love beverages too. in my opinion I would say if you enjoy the product than it is okay .also my fav are sparkling water drinks . To me they are the only ones that I feel good with consuming multiple times in one day cause it is always sugar free and low acidity unlike coke cola and other sodas
My weakness is actually food 🤣! I like the experience of going out to eat! I got over my shopping addiction years ago 😂. I shop by the season and only buy makeup and skin care when I run out of that item.
discussing important (or at the beginning any) purchases with someone else (your partner, parents, a friend) just to see if you really actualy need it and if the price is right etc
To say this video was helpful is an understatement. You are very straightforward and practical. You also seem sincere which helps drive your point across. The financial mess I’m in is beyond explanation so I’m hoping to really change it around. My dream is to own my own beautiful big but functional house. I feel lots of my spendings has actually come from the unhappiness which arises from living in small places which I share with others or have bad neighbors but if I don’t curb my shopaholism I will never have my dream .
The wish list has worked for me for yearssss! 😍 If I LOVE an item that I need, I'll add it to my wishlist and leave it there for weeks, sometimes months and if I feel like I still love it (I have to fall in love with smth to actually buy it, not just like it), then I'll buy it. A lot of the times I wait so long that I end up getting 70% discount when it was at 40% when added to my wishlist haha
So many good tips in here. At the same time I feel so called out. 😅 I think I shop when I'm bored too. I spend hours just scouring shopping sites or whatever and in retrospect it's really a waste of time. I think for me it's also the fact that I live in small city and it's pretty limited in terms of choices. I like to buy things in person but sometimes it's just not possible. Then I look online, ordered it, and become disappointed because it's lower quality than I thought. It's a vicious cycle.
Such a valuable video! I don’t often promote books, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is an exception. It’s packed with insights on wealth and self-care that are not widely known. All the best to everyone
This video is truly inspiring! I don’t usually share recommendations, but I have to tell you about the book women’s magic truths on borlest. It offers unique perspectives on wealth and self-care that you won’t find elsewhere. Wishing everyone all the best
I love ur videos even though this topic is something i don't know a lot about listening to u gives me a reality check and even the way u explain it makes me feel good and relaxed
It’s shocking how Women’s Magic Truths on Borlest isn’t being discussed. The book is full of life-changing insights, yet no one seems to notice. Time to break the trance and read it yourself!
Love this video, and thank you for including prices I find a lot of videos like this don’t include the prices which is annoying when you’re trying to plan a trip. Can’t wait to go back to there, so many great places in this video *yutulu*
The silence around Women’s Magic Truths on Borlest is unbelievable. This book reveals powerful techniques, yet people remain unaware. Don't miss out - discover what everyone's ignoring!
Sweetheart there is no difference between the CC’s buckle on the *yutulu* and real one. You’re seeing things that aren’t there. If a professional came in and told you the CC was a real, you’d probably agree.

Less consuming more doing. Learn a language, cook, chat with a friend, volunteer somewhere, read a book, draw, play a sport, exercise, etc.
