    You don’t need to take the batteries off to get the plastic off. I thought so at first too but I was determined to give it a shot first. Once I figured it out it came off like breeze.

    Thanks for this video Marty. Very informative and not too long which is appealing to me. With some creators I see a video in my feed which is 30+ mins and I just don't watch because time is precious. Duf's multi hour live streams come to mind! I'm sure many of us don't have the life to watch 45 min + videos and if we did we'd rather use that time to be out riding ourselves.
    For this reason, I give this video a 5 * rating. It was great. 👍🏼

      Thanks. Although I do have my share of long videos :-)

      @@ElectricUnicycles fair enough Marty, your channel your content. 😊 For me, as a rider the actual riding parts of the videos are boring, unless there is some epic scenery to be shared. For example, chooc's videos of him bobbing and weaving are very tedious. Seen one seen them all. But I do like what you and he has to say and I know you do edit long sections of miles out. I think, shorter vids would mean more views for you, which is why some short vid's like this one will appeal to a wider audience. You stats will prove or disprove this. Your time stamps do help though.
      However, thanks for your continued service to the community. Is the Master the best wheel on the market right now for the style riding you do, would you say?

      @@parapilot09 This channel is a hobby for me and allows me to express my creative side. When I do the long ride videos it's done more for inspiration for new riders, not old timers 🙂 Ultimately I create video content that I like and if others find them entertaining and/or useful then that's a nice side benefit.
      Thanks for your feedback 👍

    Thanks for the insight Marty. I am really loving the metal work on this wheel and I am really hoping it holds up to my big guy weight

    Hi Marty, this format was awesome as was the video! I like all the details that you pointed out and showing the details of how well-built it is. I can't wait till mine arrives any month now and I have the incredible Hero to hold me over until then.

    Hello Marty,
    Regarding the pedals tension thing, I think it should be the other way around. Basically you lock the rod using that side setscrew on the hanger. Then you adjust the tension using the setscrew which has that plastic head.
    Reason is I think it makes more sense for plastic to slide on metal than for metal to slide on metal.
    Second reason - I think it is way more secure to have the rod dead locked in there. In case one or even both of those pedal rod setscrews come off, chances are your pedal will securely stay in place.
    What do you think?

    Actually quite helpful compared to all these unboxings. Hype is good, but it also needs to be justified. Thanks for the info.

    Great video as always , is there anyway to determine how much psi you need in the shock against a persons weight ?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I start at 250-psi and then experiment. Generally it'll be between 150-psi and 350-psi.

    Hey Marty I just bought my master and I pulled off the pedal tightner screw and it's stripped do you know the size of the bolt?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's the same size as the two that hold the pedal rod in place. Unfortunately I don't remember the size just now.

    Would you say it’s more on the fragile side for wheel?

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Certainly some aspects are more fragile, like the rear light. But as a whole I think it's a tough design. Any wheel will self-destruct in a crash at 30+ mph.

    • @randoprime
      @randoprime 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very true. Speaking of which. Would there be a way to contact you ? I had a accident on my veteran Sherman. I think it’s salvageable but wanted to see what you thought and what kinda repairs I’m looking at. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks, Marty! More I watch the master videos, more I'm impressed w/ the new gotway quality! they are certainly on the right track for sure...hope they keep it up. I think they've made enough money to hire a quality assurance guy or two, don't you think? I'm afraid if they keep this up, there won't be anything for us to do when we get the wheel? lol lovin' the content, Marty. Looking forward to the next vid, hope it's soon! Thx. I had fun watching this guy's master tear down: th-cam.com/video/pyMDNk07AQA/w-d-xo.html

    Why take the plastic off the batteries? Doesn't it help protect them?

    saving money with no upgrade pedals or pads or seat.

  • @joshua10172
    @joshua10172 ปีที่แล้ว

    Don’t put too much time into installing those pads because they are useless. Get Clark pads.or something custom. This euc is not a joke. You are going to want to get really good pads.
