    I would’ve left the Velcro on the batteries, I don’t have your patience. Nice setup but I went w Clark’s seat/fairing combo because their seat not only protects that soft seat area but raises the seat about 3 inches. It was kind of pricey but high quality. I just need my Master to put them on, still.

      The Clark system is nice too. I rode a local Master with it. Unfortunately the seat still isn't tall enough for me (bad knees)

    Ordered mine on the 5th of October and got them on the 31st. The only issue is that I can no longer point the headlight down where it needs to be after installing the front bumper. This batch they added a foam bumper on the front of the light, might have to pull the top pad and modify the headlight mount to get it back down. The headlight on the master blinds everyone anyways, looking for something better to swap it out with.

    Marty or anyone, My Master came in today and I really plan on getting the Grizzla Pads in the near future but I wanna start riding with the orginal pads until then....Should I install orginal pads with velcro or just use the adhesive? Just trying to pick the easiest choice to undo whenever the Grizzla Pads arrive....Thank you in advance!!

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Congrat's. I would use the adhesive, for the top pads. The bottom pads are still used with the Grizzla system and I used Velcro to attach them. The adhesive will probably be fine for the bottom ones too though, at least until the first time you have to remove them for any work.

    Well every euc out there has a bumper fairings kit. So you cant blame the master. Even on my motorcycle I got sliders and all that jazz. Sport stuff just needs extra Im kinda used to it. Just can you buy it little by little and install it yourself is my concern. Im gonna mod stuff for sure but do I have to pay someone else because its a pain in the ass to do? This looks ok as does installing shock. But that damn tire chance doesnt look fun...

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  ปีที่แล้ว

      A tire change on the Master is actually one of the easiest to do of all current EUC's.

  • @noelleonard2498
    @noelleonard2498 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    the only downfall on these vs the clark fairings seems to be the lack of protection for the front and back of batteries.

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That was an initial thought of mine too, but after using them I realize that the front and rear bumpers in combination with the protruding tire keep the batteries protected. I'm not sure how the batteries could be impacted.

    • @noelleonard2498
      @noelleonard2498 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ElectricUnicycles yea, it does seem like a better product for the money. I guess it is better being bolted to the frame than having the fairing mounted to those thin battery case boxes. Looks like there is a lot more room to get your pads how you like them as well. E-wheels says that begode told them 5 more weeks, be October before I get mine. I think they look and will probably function great, but you shouldn't have to DIY essentially your own shell for a wheel that costs almost $4K.

    • @ElectricUnicycles
      @ElectricUnicycles  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Master costs less than $3200 so it's closer to $3k than $4k 🙂 Pads are such a personal item it's just about impossible for a wheel manufacturer to deliver pads that will satisfy everyone. I think it's great that there's a vibrant after sales market for EUC accessories.

    • @CrossroadWater
      @CrossroadWater 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ElectricUnicycles I hear ya, but for $3K I still feel like you shouldn't have to come out of pocket another $400 ‐ $500 to completely kit out your wheel with protective bumpers, etc, to make sure it's not damaged on the slightest of drops.
      Until EUC makers start making the kind of tanky wheels they once did (circa 16x) I'm just an observer. You wouldn't buy a car without bumpers would you?
