please quarterly post updates on the godzilla. I'm doing a frame up build of a 79 F250 4x4 and am on the fence of a 550hp/tq 521 stroker with fuel injection or a Godzilla with a cam/tune for an aggressive idle. I feel like you would be better for the install/integration but it hasnt felt like all the pieces are there yet to support the godzilla.
Very disappointed with Ford making this for the 10R140 and not the 10R80. The size and weight of this transmission will limit the swap possibilities. I can't see this monster trans going into a short bed 2wd F100, or even a long bed with without reworking the floor (which many won't do). Lots of people have been waiting for the Godzilla control pack. I think Ford really missed the boat on this one, it will cost some sales unless someone finds a way around this. I have been told that they are going to release one for a manual trans soon but who knows. Even if this comes around you will still need a stand alone controller for your trans. Hopefully Jason and his crew will figure this out. FFG, please keep the videos coming.
The ford performance website says “Installation of PCM in a production vehicle will result in a 'No Start' situation.” Is that because of the PATS? What would it take to make the swap “plug and play” in a newer car and keep all the functions like gauges, cruise control, radio, a/c, etc. functioning? I want to swap one into an 06 mustang.

How about motor mounts for 73-79. Also instead of 2nd alternator how about a 2nd AC compressor for on board air. Uses same SD7 compressor.

I thought I read a few weeks ago that Ford now offers the godzilla with the control packs now as a package deal
I am excited. Is there any way a 7.3 Godzilla can fit in a 56 F-100? I was just going to go with a Gen 3 Coyote but I want something different.

I guess the control pack only controls the 10r140 and can’t be used for a 6r80 or 10r80 right? I’d prefer the smaller trans if possible
