I found the recent upload to be funny, however the other 2 were kinda "try-hard". I'm not a comedy expert that's just my opinion. Again, I liked the recent Christmas vid though. But, in regard to your channel I wish it had more videos, I'm going to subscribe since your Christmas vid put me in a holiday mood and it takes no effort on my part. But please add more content

Judging by the silence after "I married a British guy", I'm guessing I'm not the only one to clench my teeth when yanks refer to us as "British". It's made far worse by the fact that we know it doesn't mean Scott or Welsh.

@@ENoob The "British" accent as the US term it, is actually called colloquial English if I remember correctly. It's basis was the lack of accent that was preferable for the first world service announcers.
The US that accent predominantly in movies or on our documentaries (cockanese also seems recognised). We (almost daily) hear all of our national accents, our neighbours, mainland Europe, Russians, the colonies and half of Asia. I imagine because we were involved globally before their existence.
Weirdly, we also tend to use that accent. It gets commonly referred to as telephone voice or interview voice. I'm from Yorkshire, I have a strong accent and heavy dialect but when I speak to other nationalities I unconsciously speak with clarity (or try to a least lol).
We can only hope that as the world gets smaller, all our intellects expand.
@@ZombieATAT the 'accent' used by BBC broadcasters is called 'recieved pronunciation'. Colloquial English would be the opposite, regional english accents, which nowadays are heard more often on the BBC.
