I have plenty of track days in 100+ weather. Sweat doesn’t make it hard to get off. Actually comes off easier than compared to dry. The under garments make it a little easier to slide in n out but damn if I don’t melt 2x faster.
I just wear a t-shirt and shorts underneath. I've ridden in really hot weather but my arms and legs don't really sweat. Also I much prefer my method of laying it on the ground, and with a running start sliding into it.

Consume food & water in riding day or no? Or need to slow consuming a day before? Something like that. Like, I just eat snack for my plane ride. Once touchdown, I'd have a blast a day after. I can't imagine what is to you in your racing thing.

I never understand a one piece suit on land.. It's just so inconvenient, why not make it 2 peice for the pants and jacket and maybe add an attachment system i the waist like a zipper, a button or maybe belt.

Well would you rather had a ton of road rash on your skin or literally have a bad abrasion to the point all the skin and tissue is so damaged. Your life is more important than a trip to the ER. Remember folks all of this is an investment not a gimme grab. All of motorcycle gear is a literal statement “buy once cry once”. By the time you need another by of which if you are a safe rider the only thing you are going to replace every 8-10 years is the helmet. If you are a dangerous and adventurous rider then you are going to replace it more than average. Want to go, go go gadget speed there’s a track made for that and go as fast as you want on the track but on the road be diligent and aware of your surroundings. All good motorcyclist remembers this no car or truck is going to see me, it’s my job to be aware of my surroundings more than a car would need A legit question how does motorcycle gear sizing works, I do understand that it’s needs to be slimmer and more closer to your body without restricting movement but I have found sizing to be weird, I’m a large size shirt wise and it’s supper tight on me, an xxl is the sweet spot for me but when I try on the xl it fits but it’s tight and hard to zip up feels like I’m going to break it though. Hard to find a size that fits very well and snug like someone is giving you a hug

If you're riding on the street a two piece is way easier to live with. If you're riding on the track you can usually wear a two piece in the novice group but some orgs require one piece suits in intermediate and advanced.
"Leathers" / Race Suits as they're formally called, are GREAT for the track, knee puck sliders, back hump to protect the neck when you crash, it keeps the helmet from tilting your neck unnaturally far back and is great upper-back spine protection. 2 piece: Great for road riding, Good for track. If you're in the market for gear, RevZilla Tornado 3 is GREAT _but_ not their jacket if you have long arms, I ordered an XL and fits like an Asian Large/American Medium shirt. Their pants also don't utilize YKK zippers on the crotch zipper it seems, as well, the zipper is busted after only 3 months of dally use. I recommend Klim if you're a taller fellow, they actually list their arm lengths when buying a jacket. For pants, I am not sure yet, I liked the Tornado 3 except for the button breaking almost immediately and the zipper always being down.
