You should put subtitles in your tutorial videos so that you can take advantage of TH-cam's automatic translation option. It would be a good step forward since the software is only available in Chinese and English.

On your site you can choose 4 types of switches. 2 linear, 1 tactile and 1 silent. Wasn't it better to offer 1 clicky and 1 linear instead of 2 linear so as to have 4 options for all tastes?

I want use 4 slot space on numpad for some knob and use ScrLK/pauseBreak 2 slot (or some unuse slot) for screen :D and Did screen support show HW monitor if support this is perfect :D last thing I prefer roller for change sound volumn if you have part for swap knob plz tell me >
Hi, It's sorry that the calculator screen is not swappable, but there are already three knobs on the function key, and the knobs are swappable, that can be change to normal key functions as you like.
How to update the screen firmware, just got mine today with v1.8 and it does not detect on Gmonitor 2.2 I want to update the firmware so i can use GMonitor 2.2. Im using GK104 Pro and 2.0inch screen

Is the GMonitor_ v2.2.0.0 to control the 2 inch display safe? When I tell it to run, Microsoft Defender says don't do it because it's from an unknown publisher. I would have to override and "run anyway." Is it safe to run?

Indeed, the software issue confused most of the customers, we are also finding another way to optimize it including developing a QMK&VIA keyboard, we are still working on three modes of QMK&VIA keyboard. But the QMK&VIA doesn't support customizing LED for a single key, instead, our s software does.🤔

Sorry, we don't have clicky available for now, but we have an extra cherry blue cilcky switch on sale in store.

no need to set, wired mode is 8000hz polling rate. you need just use the cable to connect with device.

how long does it take for the gk104 pro to fully charge? because i have been charging it for more than 2 hours and it has not charged 100% yet.

The GIF upload software always shows disconnected, even when it is connected. I cannot upload anything.
remove the screen and on the screen module is a usb type C connection plug it in and then the software will recognise.
