Is the GMonitor_ v2.2.0.0 to control the 2 inch display safe? When I tell it to run, Microsoft Defender says don't do it because it's from an unknown publisher. I would have to override and "run anyway." Is it safe to run?

I have the same keyboard, but after a while, the RGB turns off, as if it enters a power-saving mode. To reactivate it, I have to press a key. Do you know how to disable this feature? It's really annoying, and I couldn't find anything online. thanks.
Hi, you can try to press fn+ctrl to adjust the sleeping time, when the blinking light stay on F10, the keyboard will not into sleeping model anymore.

The GIF upload software always shows disconnected, even when it is connected. I cannot upload anything.
remove the screen and on the screen module is a usb type C connection plug it in and then the software will recognise.

Hi, i just received my keyboard awhile ago and currently trying to change the display gif on screen, i tried pressing FN+option key but it wont bring up the display screen menu, i also tried to remove the screen and connect to usb c as per shown in this video for uploading new gif but the link always show disconnected, any idea how to solve it, currently my screen will just cycle through 4 gif.

Hi Skyloong. Really enjoying my GK75. Are there any alternative knobs that can be used with the GL boards? The original one is of a high quality, but I don’t like its height (too high compared to the keycaps). Thx.
sorry, what's the GL board. just don't understand it. if the keyboard is too high for you, I would recommend you buy a wrist rest. I have same issue like you, but wrist rest really helpful to me.
@@skyloong sorry for not being clear. They keyboard is perfect. Just the knob is too high in my opinion. Because it is much higher than the keycaps. > so I’m looking for lower knobs that are compatible with the skyloong hot-swap knob mechanism.

How to update the screen firmware, just got mine today with v1.8 and it does not detect on Gmonitor 2.2 I want to update the firmware so i can use GMonitor 2.2. Im using GK104 Pro and 2.0inch screen

Please update the rgb software. The software is very bad for the gk104 pro. There are many problems with editing the rgb and keybinds in the software.
Indeed, the software issue confused most of the customers, we are also finding another way to optimize it including developing a QMK&VIA keyboard, we are still working on three modes of QMK&VIA keyboard. But the QMK&VIA doesn't support customizing LED for a single key, instead, our s software does.🤔

Thx for the video. it helps... a little. This software could be quite powerful (rgb per key is rather rare on higher quality boards) - but as it is it's confusing and frustrating. We need even better guides and explanations!

I have my GK104 Pro now, how can I change the small enter key with the large one that's in the package? I've taken the keys and switches out but don't see any way to put the bigger one in
how do i get rid of the other gifs so that only the one I upload shows? i've uploaded a gif successfully, but it keeps cycling between the other pre-installed ones.
I also have this problem, If I figure this out ill let you know, otherwise I hope you get a reply from Skyloong themselves.
I figured it out and its actually super simple. I just used the software "reset" function and it clears out all the files.

For GK104 pro 1) How to switch the keyboard on/off 2) How to change the split spacebar to a single
1). there is a slider behind of keyboard, if you are wireless model, you can switch the slider to Bluetooth model or 2.4Gh 2). There is a long spacebar in package, you can just remove the split spacebar and replace by the long spacebar directly.
Just got mine. 1) With the keyboard facing you, on the back left there's a switch. Left is wired/off, middle is bluetooth, right is 2.4GHz (usb dongle) 2) So first take out the Alt keys next to the spacebars to make them easier to remove, then use cap puller (double tong side) or just pull the spacebars out with your hand. Next, you need to take the two switches out. Grab them with the switch puller (single tong side) from the left and right (not top and bottom) of the switch and just pull them out. Then you have to take out the stabilizers, if you look at the bottom of the stabilizer there's a little plastic bit that you can push in. Push it in and tilt the stabilizer upwards, it should come up a little. Do this for both, then grab the stabilizers and pull towards you and up to pull them with the metal rod out of the slot. Once you do that, take out the foam cap in the middle switch hole. Then you can put back one of the switches into that middle hole, make sure the orientation is the same as other switches. Then take the long spacebar stabilizer and put it in metal bar first, then click the stabilizers into place. You can put the foam cap into one of the switch holes and there should be a bag with an extra foam cap for the other hole, and two foam stabilizer caps to fill those holes. Then just pop on the full spacebar keycap!
