We visited CDMX in may this year based on your videos (also went to SMDA-watched your guide too). We stayed at the Ritz Carlton. The views and the food - phenomenal. Highly recommend. Watch his videos and do exactly the same. Unforgettable trip.

Balcón del Zócalo es mi #1. No solamente por la calidad de la comida o por la vista, sino porque los meseros están MUY informados acerca de todos los platillos, sus ingredientes, la forma en que están preparados, etc. Incluso si uno ordena el menú de degustación (mismo que cambia con cada estación, o sea, cuatro veces al año), te invitan a la cocina para saludar al equipo y presenciar algo de la preparación. ¡Es un lugar extraordinario!
