For those people who find this old video I would like to point out that I am simply wrong about a few things especially the AI. The video is old but I believe it still contains enough useful information to keep up. The main thing you should know is the combat zone is not meant to be small zones near the bases, rather, it should be a large zone between all the bases to establish the space to be fought over. AI pathing should bring the units from the bases to the combat zone and then from the combat zone to the bases through the three routes mentioned. I don't have time at the moment to update this with a more correct video so please forgive me for that. I may revisit this in the future, however it is much more likely that I shift focus to a SUPCOM FAF map editing tutorial since there seems to be a distinct lack of those and it is the RTS I am currently playing the most. You cannot alter the height limitation, its fixed. Probably to prevent people getting seasick from the camera elevating up and down mountain sides or something. You have an awesome voice btw. Nothing is worse than kids typewriting in notepad in their vids.
The MAX/MIN hight are set by the MAP Settings, you need to make a file to set that manually (INI File), though this is a guess, I do make Command & Conquer 3 maps. I will test this out myself at some point, just trying to check on AI Building, C&C3 doesn't work the same for AI. CNC3 is XML Files GenZH is INI Files Make a file map.ini (note this is case sensitive) That is all I know for sure, in there you can set sciences and Tech-Tree's according to your desirers. So setting Map hight boundaries should be easy, assuming you know how EA originally made the defaultWB.ini (I can't find the file by its true name).
Your combatzone placement is wrong. Combatzone is the set location where all AI opponents rally there troops before an attack on center/flank/backdoor. It should be somewhere between all of the combatants bases.

Have you considered that having your cursor being invisible in a tutorial video is not exactly helpful, because people can't figure out, where you are clicking to?

You make no sense by skipping so many steps? How does one applythe very fist step? Like usig the paint button to apply the first map??? Dont skip steps

Every enemy army spawns, but they just sit there. How do you make them attack you? I did everything in this video.
