I love this Young Brother and loving ❤️ himself and his people enough to fight for Afrika and rebuilding 👷♂️ our "MOTHERLAND ALKEBULAN" aka Afrika. I love his amazing 👏 story ❤️ ♥️.....!!!

Agreed
I’m a American Realestate developer now developing hotels in Ghana & Senegal
I was introduced to Marvin he was so real and ready I went the next day to visit his islands as he was only building the walls @ that time
Bro is full of positive energy and a complete inspiration
If you visit or living in Ghana make it your business to go and put your feet on that brother’s islands
It will inspire you
FORWARD FOREVER BACKWARDS NEVER
Wish you all the best with your developments brother. What’s the vibe in Senegal? 🇸🇳
I will be in Ghana this year. Will you share your contact information, please?
Once you finish building and financing all that shit, the African government is gonna kick you out (with the blessings of the Ghanaian people) and taking over everything you built! Study what Ghana did to Nigerians. Your next.
i am one of the owner who bought a house in shark island and my Experience with Marvin is really good. he is involved and keeps me informed when my house is ready and if there is a delay he keeps us informed and regularly sends photos and videos of what has been done in my house. I'll get my keys next month and can't wait to decorate it. in short, a hardworking man who wants to see Africa at its best.
I'm considering buying there in the future. Is there still affordable available options there om the island. Also how far is it from Accra
Also can you get financing for the property or is it all cash only?
@@ronwashington1226 i got a discount because 3 of my family also bought in shark island. I could not pay everything at once, but it still ensured that I could repay it in installments without interest. It's a miracle that I was given the opportunity. the rest of my family paid everything in 2x
@@ronwashington1226 btw why is the future. why would you want to pay more. this island has developed rapidly. 2 years ago there were few houses and now there are more and many facilities are being added, making it even more expensive. If I were you I would do it now rather than leave it. you can always sell more for more than 25%.
I'm already tied up into another property have to finish that first. But is financing available.
African American and I also 6 big ventures in Nigeria, been here for 14 years and love. I employee 50 people and all my employees are paid 4x there peers - love there energy, he tells no lies

Wow did you marry a Nigerian how are they not robbing you
We are Shark Island home owners, my first own home ever! It is a dream come true! It’s beautiful and serene and the safety is on another level. As a woman I can be in Ghana all alone and I am safe! I love being home ♥️♥️♥️
You Will Never Be Alone In Africa 🌍 ❤️ You Will Be Happy And Surrounded With Love ❤️
so you are my neighbor. nice to meet you this way. I can't wait until we meet live.
Mad quote!
46:49 "She taught me that a good woman can love a broken man and heal him."
Respect to him all round 👏👏👏
The same woman can also see your weakness and use that weakness to destroy you. Everything is matter of personal belief and experience. So that's HIS experience and not some sort of universal truth.

I am a homeowner at Sharkisland resort and residence,Mr Marvin Walker is such an amazing person, he has a big heart and always delivers on his promises
How can I connect with Marvin?
Marvin is the second African American man that has left America moved to Ghana and said “I’m never going back to America!” I am also moving to Ghana. DC born and raised, but I love Ghana!

Do It Man. You Will Never Regret. Me In Chicago Illinois. Planning To Moved To Africa 🌍 Planning To Build My House First Before Moving And Retirement
You speak the truth! Women cannot think they can maneuver like a man in another country! Men act like men in other countries, you cannot have a feminist mindset and think that will be acceptable. Women must know their place!
I saw his interview 2 yrs ago when he was still planning stuff. Kudos‼️I hope most Africans living abroad see that their $💵 can turn $millions in Africa. Cocoa remains untapped, plant & animal organic farms & real estate. Tech & solar energy ‼️
Dude is a character. Entertaining interview with lots of gems dropped. Appreciate the knowledge. 🔥
Agreed 😂😂😂
His story is refreshing because he recreated himself in a loving environment
He is a smart man and I love how he loves his girls! May continued success be his portion
We are trying as hard as we can to protect Americans in Ghana… we want everyone to enjoy Ghana 🇬🇭
Can you protect Tanzanian too or just a big name AAAMERICAAA !!!!
Omg! Jim Rohn formed my very character with his teachings. He made me build home library. I consumed his teachings for years 🔥. Grt interview. 🇬🇭 is home.

Marvin is such a Newyorker...I love his vibes.
He's Guyanese.. my fellow brother Guyanese 🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾
😂😂😂been peeped that since I first saw his interview about three or four years back on another TH-cam channel. He was just getting started on ideas and settling in his new apartment. I'm impressed to say the least. I'm building business in Guyana as a remigrant, so I'm so happy to see his success. He's also a US Marine like my youngest son. Oorah!
As a Ghanaian, we go through the same issues when it comes to land purchasing. You ve to be strong and vigilant. Hire a lawyer, do research on who actually owns the land before thinking of purchasing. And never pay the whole amount upfront until all the paperwork is done. Besides that, ghana is very peaceful and safe. Land issues have always been the problem because of corruption and scamming. The government is working on it but it will take some time. Also, make sure to apply for a ghana i.d card before buying any land so it goes into the system
Solid advice
My brother presented my country Haiti so well, thank you and God bless you. @@PassportHeavy
Hard to imagine buying land or property w/o a state controlled agency... the opportunities for disaster are unlimited.
This only applies to Accra
Buy from anyplace aside Accra and you can get less stress
You get your lands fully registered no stress in Kumasi in less than a month

So impressed you are tackling this developers story

This man is amazing! He needs to Be the mentor for ALL young Black Men. ❤❤❤

One word. Heavy! Thanks for dropping those nuggets. And truth about creating business in Africa at ground floor, when America is already a skyscraper. Shukron (Thank you) Jabril for bringing this enlightment and Brother Marvin for sharing. Peace..
This was raw and uncut. I appreciate the brutal honesty from this guy, the questions and you as well Jubril going out of your element. This was great, gritty, and inspirational. Thanks for this video. 👌🏽
As a Ghanaian who has spent time in Guyana and the US, Marvin has displayed the attributes of a winner with all the obstacles he is a great inspiration for all of us.
Why y'all unaliving so many Black American in Ghana? Jealousy?
@@terrinyc29Why would they be jealous?
I really loved this interview and was completely glued. I wish him more success. He really put in the effort to make his dream a reality. Admirable!!!!!!!
Shout out the damn US Marines! Similar story I had 3 warrants for my arrest in Detroit, Michigan. Ran into the recruiting office, told recruiter my story I was on the run. He hide me inside his RV in his back yard for 3 weeks until I left for boot camp! At graduation 2 detectives showed up, talked to my Drill Instructors and then made me pay a fine that took damn near all my boot camp savings, but NO jail time . Semper Fi the Marines saved and changed my life!
This was 2007 in the middle of Irag War, I doubt it would work these days........
What a great story. It was so good to hear about Marvin and his life experiences. Hope he continues to be successful and happy in the future. 😎💯
OMG. Wow wow wow. Great interview. Thanks for the book recommendation. Everything makes sense😮! Wow. What an eye opener. ❤. Best interview I have ever seen. This one was fire 🔥. I love the off camera questions. 😂
I own a home in there and I did a tour yesterday on the island to check out how the project was going and it was amazing how far the vision is becoming clearer each day. Marvin also helped me tour around the Island showing us prominent people who got their properties around the area. This project is definitely going to competitive in terms of infrastructure and amenities (entertainment, healthcare , coffee and shopping facilities) to make living there a luxury. Big ups Marvin👏 and yes he doesn’t play with his work. Accountability is top notch👌.

I loved this interview ! Great energy Marvin! I had fun just watching this lol you bring this excitement to our project every day, working with you and owning a home at Shark Island has elevated my life and my experience living in Ghana!
