I’m a Belizean living in Canada for the past 10years. I moved because I didn’t see much of a future there but your videos make me wanna go back home and buy buy buy on the cayes. Thanks for showcasing my unBelizeable beautiful jewel.

Went to Belize the first time in 2023. Driving on the dusty bumpy road to secret beach I saw the vision. We got back home to ATL and bought 2 lots before the year ended. We got a ridiculous deal for two smaller lots already filled from a smaller investor. Lord am I happy. Can't wait to see what the place will be 10 yrs. from now.
As a Belizean-American, I'm so torn...on one hand, I am glad to see the investment in Belize. However, I also feel that this same investment is intensifying the plight of Belizeans being unable to afford their own country. More tourists owning land/property than the native people is not something I would like to see. Pricing the native people out of their own land or them not benefitting from this expansion/growth would be shameful. Hopefully, the government puts something in place to protect it's countrymen. If only they would take a page from places like Nigeria and Thailand.
Your a very honest, kind human being. I go to Mexico a lot and I see the same thing. We have to give people a universal LIVING WAGE . Everyone loves a place where they can get a great deal, until they realize those their dealing with aren’t getting a deal at all, it’s a robbery. A place is only as good as the people living there.
That’s a dilemma, that’s happening all over the world really. The thing is Thailand and Indonesia and these places have so many of their own people driving the economy they don’t quite need foreign ownership. They do it by lease, however that is also the reason why many people, certainly not many wealthy westerners invest there, mostly mid class Russians and such. If all Carribean countries did this it would also turn the investors away and perhaps the country will never benefit from its economic growth. Also mostly expats want to invest in seaside lands or resorts, not on main lands and cities. More investors they get there more economy will grow, more stores will open, shipping, importing and exporting will become more affordable and just over quality of life will improve immensely. Locals will benefit from this greatly. If they don’t make it investor friendly for foreign investors what’s going to happen is that it will stay as poor and even worse really big corporations and big giant hotels will buy up those lands for the fraction of the cost and it still won’t be accessible to regular people, so I think letting foreigners invest in it is better, at least they are paying a lot for those lots there, ok, those mangrove lots where there is nothing on it is cheap but most of the lands there are expensive on the island. More residents you have actually living there versus just visiting is going to help the island grow, more shops, better services, better hospitals, more business opportunities. If you only have big hotels and only temporary visitors they’ll just come to stay on resorts and never leave to go out and put money in local businesses.
This is something that happens everywhere. All these immigrants who call themselves "expats" to pretend they are better than other people are pricing out the locals. But they always have the nerve to look down on immigrants in their own countries when they are also moving to other countries so they can have lifestyles they could only dream of in their own countries.
I was there in 2018, stayed at Mahogany Bay, and looked at buying. Got back to the states, got distracted and forgot all about it. I'm glad this popped up!!!
@@PassportHeavy I'm sure. I stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage overlooking the unfinished canal. Our group had a great time from sunset cruises and local food tours to visiting the ruins. Although the price has increased it's still a great investment and perfect timing for me as I am actively looking for an investment.
Jubril… brother this video hit even harder!!! Oversized lot purchased from the last video, and I ain’t even been to Belize😊… needless to say how inspiring you have been🙏🏽👊🏾, I’ll be there in two weeks to be further inspired 👀 this was a purchase for the future of my children & grandchildren so they can have options outside of the USA.
My coworker bought a sizable lot at the north edge of Belize about 12 years ago. He just retired and sold the lot. They decided there were too many barriers to moving to Belize. The taxes were high to build and the taxes were high to import your belongings. They eventually bought a place near Playa DelCarmen.
My wife and I grabbed our lot in secret beach 1 day after your first video! We are still trying to coordinate a trip there as we also had a baby on the way during that period....He's one lucky kid... #generationalwealth We have been big fans of the channel and lived vicariously through you as we are also in the digital space. Great content, man, and you should come to Jamaica, and we could show you guys around!
Hi! I’m excited to be here in your channel and I’m interested in learning more about investing and saving up for my retirement but am a little confused about the whole process. Any advice or tips to get me started up would be greatly appreciated.
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. I've been saving for a long time instead of investing, and right now I only have about $400K. considering all the inflation, i'm thinking of investing in stocks, i dont just have idea on market strategies.
The increasing prices have impacted my plan to retire at 62, work part-time, and save for the future. I'm concerned about whether those who navigated the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am currently experiencing. The combination of stock market volatility and a decrease in income is causing anxiety about whether I'll have sufficient funds for retirement.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800k
Bro I've been following you since your first time in Thailand back when you first started and can say you have definitely been on a mission and know your not just having fun but build your future. Congratulations bro! 👏🏽🎉👏🏽🎉👏🏽
I understand the hype about Belize in watching all these videos. But there is something missing. I don’t get to see the people of Belize talking about these beautiful resorts or homes. For example we just see the tourist talking about buying land and future expensive lands at a fractional cost now. But can the locals afford to buy lots at this price? Is this just going to be another future Hawaii? Where the locals won’t be able to buy none of these lands because of pricing and then get pushed back into the mainland where the poverty is not shown in these videos. And then you’ll get the Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and the Mark Zuckerberg’s of the world buying most of the land, and not giving back to the community. I get it it’s beautiful. But why does that matter if it’s going to turn Belize into another tourist spot that all the prices go up and not even the people from Belize can enjoy it, making everything more expensive for them. So I guess this is going to be another Hawaii in five years? Because if it does, that means the people that are vacationing now won’t be able to afford vacationing in Belize five years from now with everything rising as expected. Just asking questions and sharing thoughts. Maybe I’m looking at it from the wrong angle. Please comment and give me your opinion.
I agree with your sentiments fully. 1/2 my family that lives there and has lived there all their lives, probably won't be able to afford to even visit the islands, let alone afford property there. The city is a whole different ball game. Like I said in my comment, I wish the government in Belize followed the lead of Nigeria, Thailand and the Philippines ( to name a few)...you can't own if your not a countryman!
Absolutely correct! Been to Belize many times and seen all these hype videos of their team and people that are considering buying but no true locals. That’s because there’s absolutely no way the locals can purchase. Even though you see these people, regardless where in Belize it’s full of snowbirds. Canadians everywhere. I’m looking back into Mexico where huge projects are happening, the brand new Tren Maya which is bringing in 6-7 million tourists per year is set to explode the real estate market in its Route that covers five Mexican States. Beachfront virgin beach, white sand where lots cost right now $300,000. They even offering in house financing up to 15 years @2.99% with just 30% down. All done with a prestigious top law firm to guarantee our safety to know it’s legit. Also, average size lot measures 65 ft of beach frontage by 197 ft deep. Giving you a lot of you to build a beach house plus 3-5 beach cabins if you want as AirBnb’s. Best of luck to all finding your own piece of Paradise.
It’s not the foreigners that create the prices …it’s the developers creating prices that maximize their profits. It’s similar to gentrification that happens in the US…..
This is what happened in places like Vancouver, Canada, and all over California…so much foreign real estate investment which they used to launder their monies…then proves sky rocker and the average American family can’t buy a home now….😢
@PassportHeavy, I heard you mentioned in the video about minimum wages...you should do your research on what the minimum wage is in Belize. That $14k US you are paying to fill up your lot is what some belizeans makes as a yearly salary if they are lucky enough....minimum wage is $15-$16 US a day (8hours) work day...so when your at your high class resort in Belize enjoying the services and culture, just know that the locals providing you with that service is getting the smallest percentage of what you paid for the service.
Actually economically if a country with mostly impoverished citizens gets an influx of higher wealth people that expands their opportunities. Without anyone going to those resorts there’s no employees there. Without anyone developing land there’s no jobs for the developers. Everything is a give and take. Where one person is hurt by a situation there may be several others benefitting from it.
im 100% considering this in my immediate future. my career projections for the next 8 months have me looking a places to invest and this seems like the right move. ive watched your belize videos 80 times over the past couple of years. im with this.
Came down in 21 Came back copped a plot Secret Beach Great job bringing it to life Been constantly watching the amount of youtubers that look like me grow #generationalwealth
I got my piece in Secret Beach a year ago. I think it’s my best investment decision this far. Good stuff bro. And stay away from that hot sauce. You know what happened the last time you were tasting that stuff. Lol
I'm American and first went to Belize in 2007 with the intention of investing, right as a lot of the development was kicking off. It's a beautiful country for sure, but at the same time it was heart breaking seeing the poverty and corruption of the gov, and how so much of the landscape was destroyed to make way for these large developments. Ultimately decided against making any purchases and instead have been working with different agencies and orgs that help victims of human trafficking and poverty. Sorry to be a downer, but it's hard seeing all this development going on where the only benefactors are my countrymen.
Your fellow Americans are doing the same all over the Caribbean. Including destroying Taino archeological sites and historic buildings. But those of us that call it out are labeled "racist". 🙄
Your not a downer your telling the truth of your experience. I visited some years ago about 6-7 and was told on our tour about the political concerns Queen and the unsafe places not to go
That can be said about most places. Florida is becoming way to expensive for Floridians as more wealthier individuals migrated from NY and other countries. The State has relaxed laws and you can see the favoring of developers pushing those away from the coastline in favor of luxury developments, there is extreme poverty and homelessness not shown on the post cards. The same is true of California, Hawaii, etc. it’s noble to have a cause to want to place your energy but investments are investments for a reason. Doing charity while noble isn’t comparable to those seeking to invest. I volunteer and also invest. I volunteer to help others, give back to my community, do some good in the world and hope to make a change. I invest to create a better quality life and future for me and my family.
Thank you team for your hard work and dedication, bringing us up to date on opportunities we might not have have noticed along the way. Imagination allows for the freedom to explore without limits, all possibilities!
I was in Belize one year ago and loved it. The people are so damn friendly. My husband and I are going back next month with our family next month just because we enjoyed it so much. Originally we said we would visit the same country twice without seeing other countries first but Belize truly captured our heart. I couldn't see on a permanent basis, but I could most definitely buy a vacation home there.
Jubril you did it again! I met you back in October through a face time from Will and Ruben at his Remax office in Belize! Everytime I watch your video I end up moving forward! After your first Belize video I bought in mahogany bay and two lots as well at Sectets beach. This time I immediately reached out to Stephen Wilder. I was waiting for an architect that spoke my same language as we are from the same streets! I can’t wait to meet you in person. Your videos are infectious! You have a way of showing people your passion for everyone to be better and I’m always down for that! Thank you again for being you! God is rewarding you! God bless you and your team!
As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran in Virginia Beach I couldn’t help watching the entire video! Beautiful place and affordable prices. The water is perfect and the opportunities to live there make you feel so hopeful. You make awesome 😎 videos!! 👏
I met Ryan and 28:49 , he is bys far the most coolest person ive met in construction industry. He has the complete vision and has produced a beautiful labor of love with his property... sustainably...i cant wait to begin my personal process and just to be living in the same area as people with the same mindset
Thanks for the insights, man! From a design/vibe perspective, definitely need to see more places like Habitat and less like Mahogany Bay. Canggu-style villas are where it's at.
I just watched this incredible made episode and I’m beaming with pride of you. I started following and watching you on all platforms many years ago. I am so happy and proud of how far you’ve come. My husband and I were in Belize in February of 2023 for my birthday. We immediately fell in love with the country. It reminds us of our country of origin, Liberia. We’re also thinking about building there. Thank you again for this episode. It was heart warming seeing so many people that look like me taking a leap of faith and making the investment 🙏🏾
The fact that the comments about how nicely the Belizean people are treating others are coming from Black people SPEAKS VOLUMES!!! #BelizeanBond ✊🏾🙏🏾😃❤️
I don’t know what that means, probably has some humour or perhaps it’s cultural thing that I don’t grasp, but as a first time visitor on the island just few weeks ago, made me want to come and visit more often, perhaps invest in the future as well, but definitely coming back for vacations and it’s mostly because of local people. Amazing, warm and kind souls. I have been on so many Caribbean islands and obviously all Caribbean islands are beautiful and some are well developed so it makes it more attractive, while Belize lacks that yet, its people and their welcoming spirit makes up for it and actually it’s the feeling, experiences and emotions that connect people with places not just nice buildings and high end shopping stores. 🙏🇧🇿
Went there about a year ago when I tell you they are the friendliest people that I have ever encountered in my life! The people will make you want to go back. My husband and I fell in love with Belize.
many of the Belizean people are black... so what's the big deal? and in any case 90% of the world doesnt care about people's race. everywhere I go I treat people the same and they treat me the same.
Love this post, and my favorite phrase here is "building generational wealth" and I love those modern homes, the talk about how accepting the people are. Great job getting this opportunity out there sooner rather than later too - Living your best life 👊 and omg - so many pretty people 🔥
Amazing video! SO glad to see this message about community and generational wealth. I'm finishing my home in Secret beach for all the reasons mentioned and for the amazing cultures that make up Belize. Trying to get more family and friends to take the chance.
I’m a new dad, I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.
Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.
Vivian Jean Wilhelm a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Love the video. I closed on my first investment property on Ambergris Caye a few weeks ago, and I'll be there in about 30 hours. Glad to see that you've navigated and been successful. Best of luck man!
I will be there in May to look at lots in Secret Beach because of you and your team! I connected with one of Will's agents Hassan who has been amazing and we've done some zoom meetings already. Hassan is professional, very knowledgeable about various areas and fun, and I am sooo looking forward to building out my dream in Belize....Thank you Hassan, Will and most of all....PASSPORT HEAVY!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
OMG! I can't wait! I'm led to live here, and I'm going hands down and up! Much gratitude for this video because I will build my home there. I'm learning how to speak Spanish, dawhling .
I am going to be your neighbor within the next year. Ive been working with Willis team, ill be down there in November. I can NOT wait. Congratulations!
Omg it’s so beautiful! How do I get started?? I’m ready to retire in a couple years and I’m looking to move to a beautiful island such as Belize. Never been so I would need to take a vacation and come there first. The video was so inspiring though. I had been looking at Jamaica first but this place seems more affordable. You guys are living the dream! I love it!
In 2004 I visited Belize : Placencia and Kaye Cauker and there wasn’t many homes to rent. There were mostly hotels and a few Americans who bought and built their own homes there. It wasn’t developed much at all. Places were inexpensive back then. There wasn’t many tourists there besides a handful of Americans.
When I lived in LA briefly everyone kept asking if I was from Belize. I started looking at Belize years ago. I bought in CA and now I am looking into leaving the US. I am looking at natural living. I’ve lived in Europe and I loved it. I am older now and cannot live in a cold climate. This video has inspired me to look a little more closely at Belize as an option. I would love to help the people of Belize, as we are not trying to price anyone out, but would love to keep it affordable for everyone. We can all eat.
I am a real estate investor, developer and builder. I am so on board to come create some art. Glamping parks, tiny house communities, tree houses, wedding venues...all of it.
I think you should do more Exotic Real Estate Investment Videos, I like how you structure the video and interview the whole process and people involved
I love watching your videos. You really inspire me. I'm planning on moving my family to the Bahamas. It's an overwhelming thought. When I watch your videos, it gives me confidence. Thank you for sharing
I’ve been looking for somewhere to invest and possibly live. This video may have just cemented my exit from the US and potentially added me as a neighbor to Ambergris Caye. Thanks for this video and everyone featured who shared their stories and experience.
Belize is definitely a vibe, the curry chicken is the truth I was out there May29-June 2 before hurricane season. The “respect my brother “ culture and people are natural ms Caye Caulker dope af!! 😂😂I had fun man
@@Hector_da_Goat Well that’s why financial literacy is really paramount, as much as the economy can be quite unpredictable and a lot of variables have to be considered while making decisions, one still has to be aware of the basic principles that govern these things in order to avoid obvious pitfalls.
When it comes to my investments especially for 2024 personally I work with an expert financial planner, been with him for years and he saw most of these things coming. Working with him has been the best decision of my life! He advised me to buy a Condo in Tampa for $100k in 2020, as of 2022 it was worth almost $200k, and he helped me structure the fin-plan to pay it off, now it’s paid off.
Greengos leaving America... is huge this days. Gentrificacion Madre Santa. God protect the local people .. hope they don't have to move out of their place in the future, and hope they can get to afford to buy their property in their land too. Please be kind with locals, with their culture
Nice videos I love fishing but it was appalling killing such a small and beautiful fish, which you have no intention to eat Understand it was your first but try not to do it again man Good luck in Belize 😎❤️💙
before that even, these early guys making videos that dont represent it now. Been on this for the last 3 years with 150k budget and havent found a spot yet
Around $250,000 was made when I sold my flat in Rochester. That's why I was upset when my standard savings account yielded only $171 in interest. It was suggested to me to buy stocks after I conducted some study. Which stocks would be a good place to start?
Although the stock market is exciting and can yield a healthy return on investment, professional advice is necessary for efficient portfolio management to prevent market burnout due to its extreme volatility.
I anticipated receiving $2,500 in interest on my initial $50,000 when I created a high-yield savings account online with 5.12863% interest compounded everyday. Rather, I was only given $420. I asked, and was informed that the website did not make it obvious that the interest is computed daily. With the help of an expert, my partner suggested that I switch to stocks, and in just six months, I experienced almost 80% capital increase (discounting dividends). Extremely advisable!

Your sincerity is what made me subscribe on your channel and also seriously considering investing in Belize, so what do those people mean when they say “your folks” don’t buy stuff? I’m white, and I am listening to you and taking your advice over many hundreds of TH-camrs in this niche on this platform. Who knows if you invested in Mahogany bay perhaps we’ll be neighbours in the future 🙌
I look forward to relo to a place where my skin tone truly blends and I experience life without so many questions and acceptance. My life abroad has always been more comfortable than my life in the states. Belize is lovely.
Tropical storm risks are insane so unless you can fund a rebuild every 5 years, then I recommend thinking twice and doing your own due diligence with inspectors from the states… Insurance companies will not touch your property or investments. Why did you not talk about the liabilities ? No such thing as a Utopia Investment…
We are in SF Bay, just returned from Placencia last week and absolutely loved it! Came home to research how to buy there, came upon this video and hubby said "reach out to Jubril and make it happen!" How many days do you suggest we fly down to explore land/homes and tips in San Pedro, Secret beach, Mahogany Bay and Placencia?
I'm on the verge to invest. My question after watching this video is; What happens when the market becomes saturated + area becomes developed ? Like Tulum etc ? I witnessed Tulum go from a sacred haven to a widely popular destination and it never became the same. What does one do with the investment then ?
@thatcitydoll- Your investment will go up in valuation. You can build on the land and rent it out, plus you will own the land, which is an amazing investment. And if you do sell, you will get alot more.
The difference is it is an island, so only but so much land. Tulum, (I live about an hour away) has massive jungle and untouched land that makes for much more area to be developed. An island has a cap. 😊
Thank you so much for this information! I’m a developer and construction management’s consultant and I’m making it my first priority to get down there and develop and grow a community
Been a sub with you for years my dude and I appreciate you. I know you have your target market, which is clearly luxury travel, but many traveling youtubers spend like 0.00 and make Millions in views. So I guess you're lucky to have revenues from other businesses, but I honestly think you you can make a lot more on YT, IF you make more natural travel videos. Like no paid promos or expensive resorts, show the actual locals, the affordable cost of living, etc. Your vids are more like dreams or vacation, not realistic daily living. Most Americans or others who want to travel is to "escape" the Matrix so to speak and to find a more affordable and fun lifestyle, digital nomad lifestyles, backpackers, etc. I'm sure you know this and wouldnt change your channel much, simply would be more related to more people. This is free advice by the way ha ha. I have not been to Belize yet, currently visiting Brazil, and will make it there soon. Cheers!!
Oh yes, Belize. I grew up there from the 1960s to the 1970s. Our old house on 13 Cork Street has been transformed into a hotel?! That's Funny. My parents' ashes were spread around San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. My brother is renting out their old house to expats. Pretty much all my Belizean childhood friends are living in the USA. Isn't that crazy? In 1966, Dad and I flew to San Pedro and stayed in the only hotel, the Holiday Hotel, owned by John Grief, a friend of my Dad. The paved streets you see everywhere were only sand in 1966.
Question for the community? What countries or investments are on your radar right now and what have been your biggest concerns with investing overseas?
To be honest, I would love to invest internationally. It's not knowing the way it's done, who to go to, how to build or transport materials, pay taxes, the country's stability and crime is what has slowed me down.
Property values in Atlanta are skyrocketing because of out of state persons moving to ATL with inflated earnings from the North.... Well now the same is happening to Belize

I don't believe your correct. When moving to Belize from say the states you get a very large exemption for personal belongings.
@@jameskelly9243It depends on each person. You do not know the size of the person's home and how much things they will be moving to Belize.
Playa is the best!
My wife and I grabbed our lot in secret beach 1 day after your first video! We are still trying to coordinate a trip there as we also had a baby on the way during that period....He's one lucky kid... #generationalwealth
We have been big fans of the channel and lived vicariously through you as we are also in the digital space.
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service?
Her name is Patricia Strain. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
The first 18 seconds were the most HONEST thing I have heard in a looooong while! Mistakes can be fixed, let it rip !!
Can’t wait!!!
Looking forward to having you as a neighbour here brother 🙏
They are going to take him for his money if he keeps flashing it
I'm sure he has that taken care of hopefully.
Thank You all for sharing your thoughts. I really worry and wonder about Belize’s future for the people of Belize. Thanks again!
Where one person is hurt by a situation there may be several others benefitting from it.
its ok. its not neo-colonial gentrification if youre Black & throw in catch phrases like “diaspora”. lol.
im 100% considering this in my immediate future. my career projections for the next 8 months have me looking a places to invest and this seems like the right move. ive watched your belize videos 80 times over the past couple of years. im with this.

Thanks for sharing, congratulations to everyone who has purchased, let's look out for the unintended consequences to the less well off on the island.
I visited some years ago about 6-7 and was told on our tour about the political concerns Queen and the unsafe places not to go
@@TainaPR2024 Its the governement which allows it and takes most profit
I'm a Belizean American living in California. I love this video and the display of my beautiful country! Thank you for sharing.
Give it time. They'll get sick n tired of Americans just like the Hawaiians
Can see you’re watching back to back. Thank you!

He has the complete vision and has produced a beautiful labor of love with his property... sustainably...i cant wait to begin my personal process and just to be living in the same area as people with the same mindset
This channel is gold. Impressed by the amount of priceless infos/datas and high quality video/sound and positive vibes. Grateful ❤🙏
Whenever PH drops a video it’s a movie! Can’t wait to visit Belize again and one day invest 😊
Thanks for the insights, man! From a design/vibe perspective, definitely need to see more places like Habitat and less like Mahogany Bay. Canggu-style villas are where it's at.
Trevor and Will are the best!!! I have had the best experience building my short term rental with these guys!
Very good point!
If you're not acting like a ninja. Especially outside the Matrix. People will treat you kindly no matter where you are...
Great job getting this opportunity out there sooner rather than later too - Living your best life 👊 and omg - so many pretty people 🔥
They’re accepting now. Remember Hawaii BEFORE it became expensive and touristy before ppl built generational wealth? That’s the future Belize. Sad
Amazing video! SO glad to see this message about community and generational wealth. I'm finishing my home in Secret beach for all the reasons mentioned and for the amazing cultures that make up Belize. Trying to get more family and friends to take the chance.
Congrats, when did you buy? See you in Belize! 🇧🇿
@@PassportHeavy I bought last November and get there as much as I can. Arriving next on March 25.
I have planned on buying property in Belize since 2015 and talked to Will and his team two years ago. They are a great team. I need to get there soon.
I’m a new dad, I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.
it’s a personal decision, but according to Forbes, housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai and pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ.
Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.
this is all new to me, where do I find a fiduciary, can you recommend any?

Omg it’s so beautiful! How do I get started?? I’m ready to retire in a couple years and I’m looking to move to a beautiful island such as Belize. Never been so I would need to take a vacation and come there first. The video was so inspiring though. I had been looking at Jamaica first but this place seems more affordable. You guys are living the dream! I love it!
I watched the entire video, it just re-inspired me back into real estate investing, thank you P.H. team! W Belize
This is my goal, my vision this year. I have wanted to get out of new york for many years. It's absolutely ridiculous now. Thank you Jubril!

I am glad you made you're investment in Belize. I understand it is a process.

How do I meet this advisor, please? I need assistance investing my divorce settlement because it's now sitting in the bank earning little interest.

Which one did you like?
I look forward to relo to a place where my skin tone truly blends and I experience life without so many questions and acceptance. My life abroad has always been more comfortable than my life in the states. Belize is lovely.
Tropical storm risks are insane so unless you can fund a rebuild every 5 years, then I recommend thinking twice and doing your own due diligence with inspectors from the states… Insurance companies will not touch your property or investments. Why did you not talk about the liabilities ? No such thing as a Utopia Investment…
Facts 💯
Yeah my doubt is rising sea levels as well. I did my internship in Belize in 2005, love it.
We are in SF Bay, just returned from Placencia last week and absolutely loved it! Came home to research how to buy there, came upon this video and hubby said "reach out to Jubril and make it happen!" So beautiful to see you back! Lovely 🔥🗽🏙💘
I'm on the verge to invest. My question after watching this video is; What happens when the market becomes saturated + area becomes developed ? Like Tulum etc ? I witnessed Tulum go from a sacred haven to a widely popular destination and it never became the same. What does one do with the investment then ?
The more developed it is, the higher the value. If you don’t like being in a congested area when that happens, then sell.
@@ShawnaShareedeveloping jungle and untouched land::: booooooooo horrible karma

Cheers!!
Congratulations 🍾🎈🎉
