The A2 mount is the bomb! Can be used on 14.5 with a pinned and welded A2...amd there's tons of those out there. Very innovative and responsive to the market.
@alfey318 I see that now. I had to go look and see for myself. I just ordered 2. Been waiting on this one for years. This didn't exist 2 months ago. Been wanting this for years to adapt everything over.
I went with the direct thread. With my limited logic it seemed to be the best option for precision for my "dmr" build. The dual lock is a game changer. If it wasn't for the atf taking over 7 months for my eform I would have a better comment. Was going to dab a bit of anti seize and wrench it on the rifle. Its going to live on that rifle and as long as it doesn't come loose I will be stoked. Great stuff y'all and its been great for as long as I have heard the name griffin armament
@@GriffinArmamentOfficial My bad. I thought you had the Gate-LOK quick-detach solution out on the market for A2 birdcages for at least five years already. After just now doing some more research on the interweb, I see now that I was inhaling too much back pressure gas and confused your Gate-LOK with older, more complicated A2 QD alternatives. Either way, I'll be ordering a Gate-LOK. You guys standardizing to 1 3/8x24 and keeping it simple made it a no-brainer for me. :)

I have a question, I ordered a spectre 9 from Silencer shop and they recommended to me the EZ Lok, I am looking to run it on a pistol and a PCC that has a 7” barrel if that matters, I was wondering what all I need to run it with both applications and do I have to take it apart to change anything out every time I want to switch it back and forth, Thank you for any information you can provide.
To use the EZ-LOK system on a tilt barreled pistol, you will just need to pick up an EZ-LOK Piston (for tilt barrel pistols) for your suppressor and an EZ-LOK barrel adapter for your firearm. If you would like the action to cycle reliably, you will need to use a booster assembly with this type of firearm. Unfortunately, any time you switch from a tilt barreled firearm to a fixed barrel firearm, you need to change out the mounting system of the suppressor. You can use an EZ-LOK direct thread adapter on a tilt barreled pistol, but the pistol will not cycle. To use your suppressor on a fixed barrel firearm with the EZ-LOK system, you will need one of the EZ-LOK Mount Interfaces. You would need the 1.125x28 threaded for the Spectre 9, as it uses the "Alpha" threads. This adapter would take the place of your booster retaining nut. Then you would need to use one of our EZ-LOK barrel adapters and torque it down on to your firearm's barrel.
@@GriffinArmamentOfficial I want to say thank you very much for the information I really appreciate it. I have search the Internet looking for the adapter and I can’t find any in stock, I was wondering if you know where I can purchase them or when they will be available for purchase, and the interface 1.135x28 is not available anywhere that I have looked, I was wondering if you can point me in the direction of where I could purchase the items. Thank you again I really appreciate it

I have your minimalist blast shield mounted to a taper mount muzzle brake. I would like to attach a 1.375x24 thread suppressor to it. Which adapter allows me to thread on the blast shield to such a suppressor?
So the threading of that device is going to be 1.290x24 or 1.2875x24 to be more exact. Unfortunately, we do not make an adapter for this threading to 1.375x24. And adding such a device would add to tolerance stacking. The taper mount minimalist blast shield interfaces with the Resistance & Revolution 9/45 suppressors as well as the Optimus 9, these being our slimmer pistol can options.
Timeline on Dual Lok muzzle devices for 11/16x24 for both my marlin 1895s and 16x1LH for my vector? I would like to have one solution for all guns for my bushwhacker46. I'd run taper mount but you do not make a 16x1LH taper mount muzzle device.
Unfortunately don’t currently offer anything that would allow you to switch directly between a 16x1 left-handed firearm and 11/16x24 threaded firearm. For the 11/16x24 taper mounts would be the best option. For the 16 x 1 left-handed the three lug, cam lok, and ez lok are all great options.
@@derickdarwin2366 it more so has to do with the 1 course/uninterrupted thread of the EZ-LOK system, that's a more robust mounting option than the interrupted threading of CAM-LOK

You should make a mount based on the m4sd mount in 1.375x24. I know you have the a2 mount but the m4sd a2 mount is the good stuff.

Inventive but it would be better if you made muzzle devices that continue to use the taper thread. I like to use the taper thread pitch.
Taper Mounts aren't going anywhere, DUAL-LOK is just a new/another mounting option.

in 1.375x24 I would recommend the EZ-LOK for rimfires if youre gonna go with a big diameter can like that.
