- The frontrunner to be Thailand’s next prime minister, Pita Limjaroenrat, has said that he has enough support to be voted in for the top job.

The Thai ppl's voice is loud and clear through the democratic process. Not even the king can deny the legitimate democratic system. All , the king and including all the senators must also respect the ppl's voice through the democratic process. The majority voice of the ppl is greater and Pita Limjaroenrat, representing the voice of the ppl of Thailand is the undisputed PM of Thailand 🇹🇭.
The new ara of Thailand is coming under Pita's Government. Looking forward to see how Thailand would be like in the future!
If Pita become PM it makes a mockery of Junta and Monarchy.

Section 112, the law pertaining to the defamation of the Royal Family, aka Lese Majestic law, was the collectively handy works of the elected MPs in parliament, Pheu Thai included, which the late King, Rama 9, himself was not in favor of. Such a law has the same legal repercussion akin to those in the West where denying that the existence of Holocaust inevitably resulted in imprisonment and/or heavy deterrence punishments. Strangely enough, even when the PheuThai-led government was in power, such draconian law was never repealed nor abolished, to the chagrin of opponents of the law. Except for the Move Forward party being very vocal on repelling the said law, which appeals to millions of young voters, most other political parties in this general election cycle are conspicuously silent on MFP’s proposed amendments on this controversial Lese Majestic Law.

How to run a country if a PM needs to keep his coalition of parties happy in order to stay in power ? He will spend more time managing his coalition in order to stay in power instead of focusing urgent national priorities...
You will be a best Thai MP. in my view which has fundamentally leader attributes , but we have more time to change. Fight agian together.
