Psycroptic is always stellar, I dig all their albums, but I miss Chalky. His high and low vocal range was brutal, still can't get enough of the first two albums. Some of the best tech metal dm ever recorded.
I like them both. I like how this new singer has more of a natural voice in his scream. Kinda like slaughter to prevails vocalist who is vocally awesome
I'm getting a Spyro the Dragon vibe from the intro just before the heavy part kicks in, 0:19 to 0:28. Anybody play that game way back when on the PS1 and know what I'm saying?

Other good songs from this album are for me "Euphorinasia", "The Throne of Kings" and "Unmasking the Traitors". But listen to the whole album if you can, it's freaking awesome.

I miss weird creepy unlayered vocals like Chalky... every band now a days just growls over high pitched screams for more effect... it's so boring now though.... Metal needs another new twist to it again.
