    Those shoulder stretches are a great idea! Helps relieve the tension. Jason's the man, he sets a perfect example on not quitting.💪👍👍

    Definitely smashed those shoulders Jason! I love doing landmines and military presses! Great idea on getting the shoulders warmed up before training!

    I'd replenish with raw honey instead of candy. A lot of processed sugar and additives you don't need in that.

    Eat about 12-15 dates (real fruit) and that will raise your blood sugar real quick not stupid candy.

    Love your videos and gives me great ideas on how to do my workout on shoulders. Still trying to find some other exercises to do for my traps other than just shrugs.

      Thanks for watching and the feedback! We'll look into adding some trap building tip videos in the near future! Stay tuned! In the meantime, try some exercises like loaded carries and high cable face pulls - both do a good job and targeting the traps in a different way than shrugs do.

      Ty for the advise. I love doing the cable face pull but I do them on a seated lat machine so that it's just my traps . I also do seated overhead smith machine shrugs but was just curious if there was other things I could do to build them up.

    My wife is a diabetic as well and this is really going to help her get motivated to the gym even if she has diabetes. But this video was awesome and I really like the shoulder workout thanks.

    It's rough to recover from a bs of 39 . Sometimes I will dip lower in the morning before my workout. I'm type one myself and will get frustrated if i have to eat more carbs than I have to because of a low bs. #type1gains !

      Lol guess he missed the part that he's a type 1. I'm in the same boat and the glucose tabs are only like 5mg of dextrose. Sometimes I'll have to inhale the entire roll to get my bs up. It sucks. My wife suggested candy cause it will work faster with less.
