I have a lot of guys who take steroids and look shit. if someone take 3000-4000 calories a day obviously he cant burn all of it so steroida help to burn food more fast.

He says he didn’t do any front dealt activation, but he started with seated military press which is more front dealt than side or rear. Another thing for the side raises you don’t need someone to help you finish like that just grab a smaller dumbbell like 5 to 10lbs and finish that heavy set with slow reps until your arms can’t lift anymore.

Generally for building mass you aim for between 8-12 reps. If you want to build more strength, load enough weight until you can do 3-5 reps. If you want a huge pump, go for high reps, 12-20.
Shoulder press is a front delt exercise not a overall shoulder exercise, it mainly targets the front delt, just a little bit of side delt but almost nothing of rear delt at all
@@ashmitagrawal135 yea when if it’s muscle, when you flex it should be stiff and should have minimal movement, if you tap you stomach when flexing your abdomen and it jiggles, it’s most likely fat or loose skin

Hey man if you’re a beginner do 3. If advance, u can push it to 4-5 with 8-12 reps
