    Breakdown:
    Barbell bench press- 2 warm up sets- 3 heavy working sets(8-12 reps)
    Incline dumbell press- 3 sets- minimum 8 reps
    Cable chest flys- 3 sets- 15-20 reps
    Bodyweight dips- 3 sets to failure
    Dumbell pullovers- 3 sets- 10-15 reps

      panzer waffen: they have the weighted assist dips machines. Just don't go too low. or you can lean forward and concentrate more on the pecs

      Did I ever say anything to discredit his achievements or that I'm superior to him? No...I merely said his form is sub par which is a fact...Its a stereotypical bodybuilding press, elbows flared to hell, not touching chest so they can get their precious "time under tension" it's just not efficient...Is he strong? Yes, but he can lift more weight and thus more optimally train his muscles if he worked on his form.

      +LurkinPT Stop comparing bodybuilding to powerlifting. Elbows tucked to hell, the back shaped like a banana, and snatch grip won't necessarily build a bigger chest better. You're just moving more weight, more efficient, which isn't the main goal in bodybuilding. It's not about making the weight as light as possible.

    Thank you for telling people not to go to the chest. My physical therapist said that's a number 1 no-no that they wished could be taught to all high schoolers doing bench. I know it's regulation in the sport, but he is right it messes with your shoulders and engages muscles. I messed up my shoulders over the years doing it wrong. Started doing it at 90 and things were much better!

    my favourite bodybuilder out there humble, no ifbb big belly old school classic just so much better to look at and he can still run and be productive wow this is my goal this is what I'm aiming for as a 17 year old this is what I want to look like not phil heath or Ronnie Coleman much respect to them but this is a so much better in my opinion it's an art like Arnold said not who's the biggest and freakiest.

    Those DB extensions truly do give your chest a great form, ass them for 21 days into your workout and slowly increase the weight, you will see how much of a change they can cause, really happy he showed them because his right almost no one does them anymore sadly.

    Excellent video. Very informative. The camera should move a lttle back, when showing the exercise. Like when showing how to do the cable flys, I would like to see how his whole body is positioned, Legs, and so on.

      +erich casey tren doesnt make someones endurance decrease... all those crossfitters that do their circuits with heavy weight and cardio you dont think they take tren? this man is out of breath from benching especially with a chest that big it demands a lot of blood and oxygen. ive taken tren and i can run a 2 mile in 11:58. im not saying hes not on tren cause he most deffinately is but the point is hes not out of breath from tren.

      +brwz well im pretty experienced with steroids myself and if you simply type tren breath into google you will find everything you need to know. and in regards to your comment about your endurance its always possible for steroids to not destroy ones cardio but for most it damn sure does. it obviously has to do with how you train and im going to assume that you probably do more endurance based workouts than this guy and he probably takes a much higher dosage and also a stack of some sort

      you have no idea how easy it is...just the increase of the testeosterone gives you more muscle in 6 months than someone who trains 1 year in the beginning...just saying

      I'm getting real tired of attitude that people have toward Mr. Olympia , ITS NOT ALL ABOUT THE DRUGS, the guys are genetic elites and their steroid doses aren't even big you can probably find some kids at your local gym taking bigger doses than they do, for example look at arnold, cutler etc when they were young and hadn't even touched steroids yet and they were big and there were compititioners in the 70's who competed in the olympia naturally and looked amazing + If you don't believe me go watch Marc Lobliner's video "The Truth About Pro Bodybuilder Steroid Doses"

    This what you get with good genetics, hard training, good stack😉, proper diet. Still a lot of work but the roads definitely help tremendously.

    I do a very similar workout where I do Incline Bench and Flat DB Fly's but the rest is the same and it's a great workout.

    For the guys complaining him being out of breath. Ofcourse you can, infact if you would actually push yourself you should be atleast somewhat out of breath. It comes across as obvious that you really arent strong yourself and dont comprehend the effort/intensity working out requires for a huge guy like this.

    Flared out elbows on the bench is what will cause joint pains,NOT going all the way down.Bodybuilders could use some powerlifting knowledge here and there.

      Flaring elbows involve the shoulders more. I believe joint pain comes from going too heavy
