I live in Costa Rica in Central America. The Dalai Lama came to the capital ~ San José to give a talk. I decided to take a three hour bus ride to be able to hear his talk. I was really not overly excited to be doing this but I felt like something good to do. I am not the type of person that believes you should bow down to a higher being because I always have believed that the true path to liberation and to living a life of peace and harmony happens when each one of us does the work I.e. meditation/mindfulness/love and compassion. However we were in this theatre with many seats and a balcony and a stage and we were waiting for his arrival. When he entered through the back and was walking down the center aisle towards the stage. . . I started crying uncontrollably and shaking as well. The energy he emanated was so beautiful and entered deeply within my heart and my soul. Definitely a shining light of PURE LOVE &. COMPASSION on planet earth. ♥️❤️🧡💛💚💙💜♥️
Amazing! His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama is indeed the messenger of Peace and Compassion. He is the epitome of Peace and Compassion! May He live a long healthy life to benefit all the sentient beings.

Good presentation. Regarding the European refugee portion, I've seen clarifications where the Dalai Lama advocates for helping them obviously himself being a refugee and once they are well established, they should strive to return to their home with the knowledge acquired and make positive changes in their homeland. As a Tibetan refugee myself, this is a pretty common goal for many of us.

This reminds me of a story I saw but the lesson from the story I don’t remember the whole story but the lesson is no matter what you are going threw in life there is a reason for it a lesson you can learn to be a better human being is there is always a side of your situation that is good that there is always a light shining so bright in a dark cold tunnel there is light in everything never ever give up on your journey in life i follow a rule I will live by till I’m gone is as long as I have breath in my body I will never give up if today isn’t going good tomorrow may be better
