The table design is delightful, I wish I had the patience to create wonderful table settings, but since I do all the cooking, things wind up rather minimalist. Your videos provide so much comfort and inspiration, and your voice calms me when the going gets rough. I'm hosting a friend in great distress, and tonight I needed some comfort, and a gin-and-tonic. You are doing a very selfless thing. To comfort another is not always easy. I hope you also take time for yourself. I did a very minimalist Christmas table for the very reason you gave. It's amazing what candles and flowers will do for a table. Here's to you, and I hope you are able to ease your friend's distress.

Your collection of exquisite salad plates is absolutely stunning! And the use of multi colored candles and the patterned napkins is perfection. Not to mention those amazing cloisonne eggs. What a treasure those are! Glad you did the floral garland runner as that was what I was swooning over in the book... her colorful floral arrangement's.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful table . I used to enjoy setting a proper table but I’ve gotten to the point in life that I don’t have the patience . When I use a catering company , then I do the table because they take it all down and hand wash it all .

i adore the table. it always is a nice thing to see various objects in a tablescape. a piece here, a piece there, similar but not the same, etc. using beautiful pieces that are few in number, but big on impact. i love the pace of the video, but i only wish there were a slower pace to allow for taking in the entire setting. beautiful colors and a lovely presenter.

A lovely book, a lot color is something I do shy away from I wish I could be more comfortable with it. This book is very convincing throughout it’s beautiful pages of layered colors . Your table is as joyful as you are. I wish you and your family a very Happy Easter, when I saw the Louis Sherry boxes I thought of my maternal grandmother. How pretty is that pink box? I can just see her with her spring coat , an orchid corsage , a pillbox hat, pearl earrings and a sensible purse with a good clasp and a Louis Sherry box of chocolates in her white gloved hands. Enjoy your trip .

That is something perhaps all of us who follow your lovely channel have in common .I love that you have some of your grandmothers purses. I remember the sound that they made when they closed.
