Today I bring you some milk doughnuts for your Holy Week. Instead of adding white sugar I have added icing sugar, as it gives a different touch to the palate and they are very good. Everyone can add the sugar they want.
INGREDIENTS:
500 g flour.
200 ml milk.
1 egg.
75 g white sugar.
10 g baking powder.
Icing sugar to sift the doughnuts.
