Microsoft please we do not want to use the stupid Microsoft account to login to our computers. Please stop trying to shove Microsoft account down our throats.
Showing 2nd method to Setup Windows 11 without a Microsoft Account.
I will be also posting Method Number 3 to skip the Microsoft Account setup on Windows 11 and that method is also working as of June 2024.
This video used Windows 11 Home edition, version 23H2.
This method to Bypass Windows 11 OOBE forced Microsoft account sign-in will work on Windows 11 version 23H2 and is working as of June 2024, installer media was created from Win11_23H2_English_x64v2.iso.

I said no to a MS account when I switched to Linux.
Haa.. wish we could all do that.. I remember few years back sitting in insurance office looking at xp as they couldn't even use windows 7 cause their insurance software needed XP ... 😂

Yup I agree.. I do not even have an active hotmail or outlook email account.. I always used gmail in my life.. yet here I am having to have a Microsoft Account just because I wanted to use a brand new off the shelf laptop with Windows 11.. Not to mention the stupid RECALL feature they added.. Ridiculous .. privacy is going out the doors .. but what else can end users really do.. not everyone can have a Mac

They have recalled the recall that's optional now.. but all devices are now just collecting too much information.. big organization like universities etc simply cannot just move away from Microsoft sadly

It can run Cyberpunk 2077 (to know if a Steam game works on Linux you can check protonDB)
Microsoft apps don't run natively on Linux for obvious reasons, but you have the choice between using emulators like Wine or switching to free equivalents (From what I've seen PopOs comes with LibreOffice pre-installed.)
@@gryf2diams I have used Wine in earlier days when XP was around :). Convincing your organization to move away from MS is very difficult as most products like financial apps they use are built with Microsoft in mind. Microsoft is not going away anytime soon.
Hey, I wonder every now and then it goes to defaultuser when I turn the pc on and have to go to few of these again. Any idea why this happens?
@@boomerangAI what you mean ? You created local account right and deleted the default user after you successfully logged in to your new account ?
Use Tiny11 if you aren't able to use Linux

@@hashtagtnt It is a debloated version of Windows 11. Which performs also better. I also understood that in te last release of Tiny11 telemetry is turned off by default.

This was common knowledge 12 minutes after windows 11 came out....
No way.. you serious ? 12 mins after the first user got their hand on to it ? Well for me its my first time ever on Windows 11 as October 2025 is fast approaching and will be forced to be on windows 11, though don't want to use windows 11... and most methods that were found within the 12 mins of the release have been patched by Microsoft and these ones now will most likely be patched too in new versions, they really want to force users to use the stupid Microsoft Account...
