You should know how to gain your confidence and power back, because these people use you as source of narcissistic supply and you don’t wanna let them use you like that. Knowing that we have been able to develop a program helping people achieve that, and get their confidence back, make me love my job to transform people’s lives.

The wild thing is that Dr Ramini and may be Rebecca Zung are also narcissist. Everyone has narcissistic traits and anyone who cannot recognize that is narcissist. 😮 This is where these people become a turn off, so we have to always check ourselves, and admit that we also have our faults. This is what I have learned in treating thousands of patients. Everyone has traits and we all have to self check. The body language between the two shows that they are uncomfortable together. It’s super sad to watch but also revealing. That’s why these videos are so great and Rebecca is doing a great job helping us also learn more about and help keep this human condition in check. 🎉

When you were talking about the dangers of restraining orders, I agree it's incredibly dangerous at that point. A friend of mine eventually had to deal with court ordered visitation granted to the husband (who previously had the restraining order) and on one of his visitations, he drove himself and the 6 yr old son up into the mountains and he killed himself and his son by gasing inside the car with the exhaust pipe overnight. Unbelievably heartbreaking for my friend.

In my case with my ex narc wife I had to in a way learn to think like a narc.. What can I twist to make it look like she can benefit from something that I need to benefit from.. I had to think this way to trick her to get custody of my 2 year old.. It was to protect my daughter bc she would be in danger down there.. Thinking this way and not showing emotions or reacting helped her not know my next move.. You have to turn emotions off in a way it turned her anger more outwards towards me doing that benefited in winning.. I didn't care about the money so I took all debts.. Just wanted my child..

Sometimes when you guys talk about the long text messages, which my husband calls verbal diarrhea makes me think that I’m the narcissist. I was using skills I learned in dbt to communicate how things they were doing were affecting the children. I am autistic and have a monologue style communication. He says I’m antagonizing but I’m always respectful and he can’t handle hearing anything that appears criticism. Such as blowing 1600$ on crypto and weed growing supplies when we had mortgage due. No that was all my fault because I couldn’t work. Constantly questioning if I’m the narcissist because I stopped bending over and apologizing to his behavior and became assertive
