I have a hormonal IUD and I constantly get random vulva discomfort and burning sensations that really get in the way of everyday life and I know its linked to the IUD. Had an IUD before and it caused this took it out for a year and everything healed but had to get back on the IUD cause of its convenience etc. Can you recommend good topical treatments or cures to get rid of these bothersome vulva sensations

I have the Mirena IUD & have been suffering from yeast infections for 2-3mos now. It sucks!!! I see women saying the copper iud is also causing the same issue, so even if I switched to a non-hormonal one I run the risk of still suffering from it. UGH!! I just want an effective BC method that is low maintenance AND has minimal/no crazy side effects 🤧 I’m sick of this.
my copper iud is causing this EVERY time after my period for the last 6 months and im just so sick and tired of this. I've tried diflucan etc. I'm really really hoping this isnt it as it was so so painful to get that thing in, and there arent other forms of birth control that aren't hormonal.. (I REALLY don't want hormonal birth control) Is there any way to know for sure its the IUD and also is there another similar thing i can try that isn't hormonal which wont give me yeast infection
