All good and all, but this version completely destroys the composer's intended feel for the entire piece, which was a sort of bounce. This effect could still be accomplished with a big band or jazz sound, but should have been thought out along the lines of Glen Miller's in the mood- as opposed with droping the feel of a fast 2 for a drawn out melodic line. Bottom line- This arangement SUCKS.

You have clearly missed the whole purpose of arranging. It doesn't have to be authentic, it should be original.
