Thank you! I have a how to video over on my metal working channel. If you don't have a welder, you can always cut all the pieces to size and then have someone weld it up for you.

The original bolts are not 20 mm but 19 mm. At least that's what's on my 2001 Toyota Tacoma SR5.... I drove mine off the dealership lot in November of 2000, I am the original owner. My Tacoma still looks almost brand new and has no rust and has 180,000 miles on it...... But I live in the desert. 🤠🌵🌵🌵🍺

    The original 1998 bolts aren’t 20 on mine- they’re 19 mm.

You don't happen to offer these bumpers for sale, do you?

@@4DIYers Yeah, I watched that video too. Unfortunately, I don't have all the tools necessary to make it.

Someone did this to the tacoma I bought, but I’m trying to switch back to the OEM.
How does a hitch look with this bumper? I feel like the hitch would not look good with mine because it would stick out much further.

The hitch only sticks out about an inch further than the bumper. Doesn't bother me.

Thank you so much for including the Generation. I would like to ask, do you provide support for the 2'nd Gen Dodge Dakota 4.7 V8?

No problem :) I did and still have those old videos but unfortunately not anymore. However I recently purchased an 06 Ram so some repairs maybe similar, it has a 5.7L instead of a 4.7L though.

I have a 99 sr5 Tacoma and I recently backed into a tree. Bumper bracket is totally bent in on itself. Is that something I should have repaired or can I buy new brackets? Idrk much about it

Probably just easier to get new brackets, more time than it's worth trying to straight them. Should be able to pick up aftermarket versions and they'll be cheaper than OEM brackets. Also make sure the frame ends aren't bend too.
