Best most straight forward removal video I've seen. Great job and no extra talk or BS.
Man this is just what I need my tow hitch is all rusted up
Exactly what I needed thanks. Got a ding in mine, so I'm popping a replacement bumper on this weekend. Looks straight forward. Good video.
never seen this much rust a truck lol - good video
Welcome to the Midwest
Mine is far worse. I have a new bumper though. Gonna can the old stuff uncluding the entire hitch and any hulbs.
Well the tag did say Ohio…
@@CaptainFALKEN the hitch on mine snapped in half on the left side, dealer wanted 3k to replace the hitch and bumper, couldnt believe it
This is extremely helpful and to the point - thanks y’all
Super helpful and straightforward. Thanks mate
Thank you for the assistants. great job
Ok i was able to take it apart now I have to put it all back together with new parts. Disassembly is the easy part it's the putting back together what I need help with. I bought 3rd party parts that are slightly different but are compatible.
Usually on these Tacomas the removal is far more difficult than the installation due to rust-welding. Installation will be easier with 2 people.
Good info, very concise, thank you
Much appreciated, perfect instruction video.
I don’t have the hitch. So I guess my bumper is held on by the 2 rear most bolts .
for re installation, is there a torque recommendation sheet for these bolts?

Holy lord, I live in Florida so if I saw a truck with this much rust I'd call it a liability to drive. You northerners are crazy.
It's just the hitch that's rusted out. Frame looks solid.
@@mtaylor7918 1:30 looks like the bumper supports are also rusted
My tacoma is way worse. Live in south texas and live right on the sea
@@ChillinHD Mine is also far, far worse. Northern WV, Western PA, Eastern OH back and forth.
