As someone who actually played both games. Yeah that score seems fair. Sparking Zero will not do much for you unless you are a Dragon Ball fan. Both games are just alright. Sparking Zero is just alright if you do not have an investment in the IP. If you are a fan of Dragon Ball this game is easily an 8 or a 9 for you.
They need to update reviews after one year. When a game is released compared to after a year. To allow for public opinion errors and support to be seen by people. After a year, you can see who was right and who was wrong. Post release support is an important metric look at what they gave mk1 and how people have been complaining
DragonBall Sparking Zero deserves a 9/10! It's better than DragonBall FighterZ and, yes, DragonBall FighterZ itself is also a great game! Sparking Zero is wildly fun once you get used to the commands!
the reason why is cuz concord had everything they wanted in a game. they would have gave it a 10/10 if it wasn't for real gamer backlash. they like games like concord, ssktjl, forespoken, or dustborn
Concord gameplay wise was dope … I enjoyed it tbh .. I think sparking zero has a crazy amount of issues and it’s double the price of concord ..7 is a fair score
The only reason Concord has a 7 is because they didn't want to piss off Sony and the devs. If we look at it objectively, there's NO WAY for it to be higher than a 4. I would personally give Sparking Zero an 8.5 but I'm perfectly fine with it being a 7. The problem here is Concord's scoring, being basically bought and meaningless. It completely skewers the perception of true 7/10 games.
See doesn’t anyone really believe IGN anymore? Here’s a real question, do these IGN reviewers even beat the game or do they play “enough” to give a fair review? They seem the type of people that would order a prix fixe menu, pass on the dessert because they’ve had “enough” to eat, then made a review and complained about how the food could’ve been on the sweeter side. 7.8/10
They gave Godhand a 3... and that game is like 9 😂 they cannot be trusted... When i really noticed it was when they marked yakuza 7 down because he had to grind for xp before fighting a boss... in a turn based jrpg... had to grind... thats like every jrpg ever.
Also difficult to have consistency when you have several different people doing reviews. If I see ACG or Fightingcowboy review something, I know where they're coming from
The baffling part is the preview they made was all praises about the game and it was clearly done by someone who was actually a fan of the tenkaichi series. He was on point on everything but behold, final review dropped and it was someone else who was talking like he was forced to make the review and doesnt know shite about DB or The tenkaichi series. Regardless, we really need to stop giving IGN any form of relevancy and attention. They deserve to be ghosted and not have any click. They know they can get their views and clicks because we keep engaging their shitty journalism and content
For as long as IGN exists. If you get it then I don't know why you clicked on the video, my friend. I mean that with no offence but if you're locked in then good but there are plenty of people that aren't. The videos is for those people.
I think the question is why are the people in these kinds of positions they're not interested on the topic.
They need to update reviews after one year. When a game is released compared to after a year. To allow for public opinion errors and support to be seen by people. After a year, you can see who was right and who was wrong. Post release support is an important metric look at what they gave mk1 and how people have been complaining
Not a bad idea tbh. I'd be in favour of that.
Trusting IGN for game reviews is like trusting Diddy with a bottle of Johnsons, they can't be trusted
DragonBall Sparking Zero deserves a 9/10! It's better than DragonBall FighterZ and, yes, DragonBall FighterZ itself is also a great game! Sparking Zero is wildly fun once you get used to the commands!
Sparking Zero is a 7/10. Concord is a 7/100. They are NOT the same.
Note: S0 is not a 7. It's more like a 9.
Game should have scored way lower than a 7. People need to stop determining how good a game is, based on how moist it makes their dirty seat
the reason why is cuz concord had everything they wanted in a game. they would have gave it a 10/10 if it wasn't for real gamer backlash. they like games like concord, ssktjl, forespoken, or dustborn
Concord gameplay wise was dope … I enjoyed it tbh .. I think sparking zero has a crazy amount of issues and it’s double the price of concord ..7 is a fair score
6:00 if you're using Nvidia there's a feature to filter out any noise or sounds aside from your own voice
Oh yeah? Thanks dude. I'll look into it.
Concord is actually a well made game. It just came out on the decline of live service nonsense but it's not bad.
TL;DW: IGN should've gave Sparking Zero a 8/10 or higher.
IGN just got put on the cartels radar 👀
They're most always 6 and 7. They play safe and don't provide subjective opinions.
Well they break down their scale. They won't give a game a 5 or less unless it's broken.
Can't spell ignorant without IGN
IGN needs to just separate their scores per genre because this type of situation is just ridiculous
They gave Godhand a 3... and that game is like 9 😂 they cannot be trusted...
When i really noticed it was when they marked yakuza 7 down because he had to grind for xp before fighting a boss... in a turn based jrpg... had to grind... thats like every jrpg ever.
It's at least 8.5-9 with the potential to be better with the dlc.
First time I actually agree with IGN. I think they should have made a Budokai 4 instead of another xenoverse style DBZ
IGN didn't even review Lollipop Chainsaw Re-pop! But we know it's because IGN doesn't like Strong, Sexy Female Representation!
Also difficult to have consistency when you have several different people doing reviews. If I see ACG or Fightingcowboy review something, I know where they're coming from
Concord is a fighting game!
😂😂😂
Never ever trust IGN or any gaming news outlets for their reviews.
Naw, someone must be on those goood Senzu Beans, Cus no was they dis my fav Fighting Game is such a way
You can’t spell ignorant without IGN.
We already know where IGN stands, how long will content creators keep telling us what we all already know?
For as long as IGN exists. If you get it then I don't know why you clicked on the video, my friend. I mean that with no offence but if you're locked in then good but there are plenty of people that aren't. The videos is for those people. So they realise what IGN is and judging from the comments, that's mission accomplished.
ign and concord sadists!!!!!
Unc said the last of us isn’t a master piece is crazy work
It's an excellent game but not a masterpiece. It did a lot right but not everything and I don't like throwing that word around fragrantly.
Saying God of War isn’t a masterpiece is a crazy statement
IGN don’t know how to rate games period😂 how you giving sparking zero a 7 out of 10
IGN unalived themselves finally 🙌🏾 😅😂
