I have a few thoughts, as an adult on the spectrum. The two most important supplements are creatine and probiotics with the l. reuteri strain. People on the spectrum show signs of low creatine. This could also explain why people on the spectrum have weak muscles. When I started creatine, my mobile game scores went instantly up.
As for probiotics, different strains have different effects. L. reuteri has been proven to increase oxytocin, the main chemical in human connection. While I can't prove it, the difficulty with social interactions might be due to low levels of l. reuteri.
    Sulfurafane helps with intestinal inflammation.

While I agree with you that those can be important for some, we have to remember that even though autistic people are the “autism” label, there are still important differences in the root causes of symptoms, and even in the symptoms themselves. Mitochondrial functioning is something I talk about a lot in both my free videos and my course (yourautismgameplan.com/course/). there are so many advertised “magic bullets” out there, which are really confusing for parents (and cause massive discouragement when they don’t work for their child as it did for someone else’s child), which is why I created this online course for parents covering the Essential 5 areas to work on to see relief in bothersome symptoms of autism.
