    The interpretation of the Z-score for bone density provided at 4:59 is incorrect. It is said that his Z-score of -0.7 "shows that his bones are between 7 and 40 percent stronger than men of the same age and ethnicity." In fact, that Z-score is below average (average is zero) and indicates instead that his bone density is greater than only 24 percent of the reference group and less than 76 percent of the reference group, that is, a percentile of 24.

    Thanks! This was helpful. The verbal description of z-score is different from what's written in the report and the way z-scores are usually interpreted.

    That’s a lot of lean tissue for a man over 100 years and bone density is also pretty good 👍

    Wow this guy is super healthy fat tissue and vat are good numbers.

    I really don’t think th se are a good explanation. It’s very vague and she goes too fast with minimal explanation
